Fun times. Staff was great and friendly. Would definitely do this trip again. Hotel pick up was a plus.
We booked paddle boarding as an activity to do when we were staying in Kotor. Jeffrey contacted me a couple of days before to advise me to change the time of the session from 11am to 8am as the sea would be calmer then. As novice paddle boarders we appreciated this advice and as the days were so hot (mid 30s), we also thought an earlier session would be better. On the day of our session we walked to the designated pick up place and let Jeffrey know we were there. He called me and asked us to walk a further 10mins (in the heat) up the hill to meet him. When we got to his car he told us that our session wouldn’t happen today as the sea was too rough. Although this was disappointing we completely understood the reasoning. I found it very frustrating though that he didn’t text me this information earlier or tell me when he spoke to me on the phone before making us walk the extra distance in the heat. He offered to drive us to the beach club where the paddle boarding was located but told us he wouldn’t be able to drive us back to Kotor. Jeffrey told us that we could reschedule our session for a different day when the water was calmer and that he would keep us updated. I received no communication from Jeffrey in the following days which was frustrating as it made it difficult to plan what we were going to do. I would have expected some sort of update each day to tell us that we either could or couldn’t paddle board that day. We unfortunately weren’t able to rearrange this before our holiday ended. I’m sure the session would have been good but I felt very let down by the communication and customer service we received. We received a refund quickly from TripAdvisor.
The narrative is basically correct however the context is important. The weather over those few days was very difficult and there was no opportunity to get the client on the water. The other problem is related to traffic in Kotor; we simply can’t reach it throughout parts of the day and it causes both ourselves and our clients extreme inconvenience. We could not reschedule and we cancelled and refunded the client as is protocol. I believe the weather made it obvious the rental would not happen and that further communication wasn’t necessary but I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
We arrived on a cruise we took the tender boat to Kotor and met our guide Timon at a supermarket about 15 mins walk away. He arrived in a minibus and took us on a short journey to the other side of the bay - we were a small group of 6. The bay was beautiful but was quite windy due to the mid day weather . Water was lovely. We were happy not to use life jackets as we are confident swimmers but be sure to ask for life jackets is you are not a strong swimmer or have kids. They supplied us with dry bags for our valuables and chilled bottles of water. Great experience and would recommend . To avoid the wind an early morning session might be better. After the sup we were brought back to our drop off point . Lovely enjoyable couple of hours and friendly staff . 5 stars
Typically wind begins to rise at 10am on the way back to the launch point. By noon, waves become pronounced and when there’s a swell, the sea becomes “confused”. It’s not a particularly dangerous or difficult condition, but it’s less comfortable than paddling early in the day.
Jeffery and the Montenegro + plus team, including Molly, Igor and Anna were fabulous, as they arranged a bespoke paddle boarding session for us. My son and I have never done anything like this and Molly, our very professional and purposeful guide, safely looked after us, as we crossed the beautiful Bay of Kotor. Not only that, knowing we were in a hotel a little distance away in Bijela, they were able (with a small fee) to pick us up outside our Hotel and ferry us to Movida beach for our session. One thing to now about Jeffery and the team, they are there to help, guide and ensure that you simply have the most rewarding time in their hands. I cannot recommend this team enough. Friendly, helpful and bloody good fun too!!!
Jeffrey and the team were super professional and friendly! The boards were brought to us as a big group on time in good condition! We had an amazing time on the nicest water I've ever paddled on as a keen SUPer!
Our guides Igor and Anna were really nice - they bridged all the language barriers what us - guests - had(Fluent English - Russian - Montenegrian) . Also, after the hands-on training it was hiper-easy to stand up and paddlle. The tour took around 2,5 hours. It was not my first time but definitely the best one with the picturesque mountains in the background!
We found Jeffrey and Mike based on their excellent TripAdvisor reviews and ratings and were pleased to find they were very well deserved! Being quite unorganized, we made an enquiry over WhatsApp about a kayaking tour to the blue caves very late in the evening, but within minutes had heard back and were able to book on for a 07:30 start the next morning! We met and the beach club close to Tivat, and, as they suggested, followed Mike over to Uvala Veslo in our own car so we could explore that side of the peninsula once the kayaking was finished. We had a great time on the water, not only seeing the caves before all the crowds arrived but several other caves and great spots to cliff jump. We were a couple in a group of five - all really nice people and it was the perfect sized group. The next day, we decided to hire paddleboards and explore the bay ourselves. Once again, Jeffrey couldn’t have been more relaxed and helpful and we had a really good time (although remember to liberally apply sun cream!!). All in all, although it’s a little more expensive than some of the other companies around, you get what you pay for and the experience was great.

Pretty cool experience but not worth the money the company is very unorganized and the employees don't really know what is going on. The meeting spot is less than 10 min walk from the cruise port but when we got there, there was no one there. Finally we were greeted by a worker but he had no idea where our paddleboards were or where we were going. Also, THERE IS NO SECURE LOCKUP for your stuff. We were told Kotor is really safe, no one will touch it and instructed to leave our belongings in a random van. Eventually we got in said van and were driven about 20 mins away to a different spot which was beautiful but I had no idea what was going on. It all eventually worked out and the people were very friendly, but I felt uneasy pretty much the entire time. Please note there is no guide as other reviews implied. They just kind of send you off to figure it out. Like I said, it all worked out well and was fun and pretty spot, but I felt very uneasy at the disorganization and lack of secure lockup. I would probably not take this tour again if we are ever in Kotor.

Fantastic place for paddleboarding!
This was not a guided tour, just paddleboard hire. Easy to find, close to cruise ship port, friendly staff and good equipment.
Really enjoyed our day and would recommend.

A perfect morning--beautiful bay, great teacher, and dolphins!
