We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Ecocolor team, and it’s all thanks to Víctor, Julio and Chano. From start to finish they made the day feel unique and perfect, especially for our family. They were warm, attentive, and clearly love what they do, which made everyone — kids and adults alike — feel completely at ease. We swam as much as we wished with whale sharks and manta rays — an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience that left the whole family in awe. And a highlight was the fresh lunch prepared right there on the spot at Isla Mujeres. It was delicious and such a special touch that made the whole outing memorable. The whole trip was seamless, fun, and exactly the kind of family adventure we were hoping for. If you’re looking for a genuine, well-run experience with a crew that goes above and beyond, ask for Víctor, Julio and Chano. Highly recommend!
When I’m on vacation, I love making sure my family has the best time possible—and this excursion delivered! My little brother, mom, and dad all had an amazing experience. Victor was such an incredible guide; he literally took my brother by the hand and made him feel comfortable enough to see a massive, beautiful whale shark up close. Johnny, the first mate, was extremely polite, and Captain Daniel kept us in the perfect spots so we could see multiple whale sharks. The service was top-notch, the sights were unforgettable, and it’s definitely something I’d love to do again. Huge thank you to the whole crew! WB
Absolutely impressive and beautiful!! This booked tour was worth its price. We went out to sea in a relatively small group (10 people) just over an hour to a spot known for whale sharks. That's where these giants ate in peace. In the boat, there were precise instructions beforehand on how to behave. When the time came, you climbed into the water in teams of two together with a guide. This made me feel 1. absolutely safe and 2. this one made sure that you keep enough distance and not bother the animal unnecessarily. These two points in particular were unpleasantly noticed by other local providers. Most of the participants were in the water at the same time, there was hardly any distance kept. Our guide Victor has been told that he himself very respectfully wants to swim with these gentle giants and still wanted to give us a unique experience. He did it!! Also the homemade food on the return trip was great. All in all a great day! Recommendation to those who have it: Take GoPro or Insta360 with you;) We had forgotten ours and then bought the footage. Of course have been relatively expensive, but was worth it to us.
What an amazing experience! It was something I’ll never forget! Core memory was made and I couldn’t be more thankful for victor santos and his team! They put us on some whale sharks and made sure our boat got individual interactions with the whale sharks ! If anyone is thinking of doing this don’t hesitate I promise it will be something magical!
Riaz, Don Julio and Reyes were fabulous. So many whale sharks! Fun tip if you go around the time of a full moon you are setting yourself up to see many sharks! We also saw and swam with Manta Rays. The guide was knowledgable and friendly. Bucket list item checked off. What a rush!
Fantastic trip! We were lucky enough to swim twice with a magnificent whale shark; although we did jump in a third time, but I didn’t see the whale shark. :) Amazing experience all around with wonderful tour guides and captain. After our swims we went to a beautiful reef to snorkel while the captain made us fresh ceviche and guacamole. I can’t say enough about this trip. Crossed off a bucket list item for my entire family!

A unique experience to see these beautiful creatures, there is a friendly and professional treatment from the guides and you make a nice stop in Playa Norte to enjoy the sea before returning
