Il tour visita la parte occidentale di Rio de Janeiro, che rimane incontaminata con molta natura e spiagge appartate. Seguiremo la costa, passando per 5 diverse spiagge (São Conrado, Barra, Reserva, Recreio e Macumba). Per prima cosa ci fermiamo a Prainha, una piccola spiaggia protetta considerata il luogo del surf a Rio, dove farai un'escursione di 1,5 ore fino alla vetta di Caeté (253 m = 830 piedi) che offre una splendida vista sulla costa e sulle altre montagne di Rio. Da Prainha, in altri 5 min. in macchina raggiungiamo Grumari, la nostra ultima tappa e dove rimaniamo a goderci la spiaggia per circa 3h. Grumari è anche un'area protetta e ti godrai una spiaggia tropicale meravigliosa e paradisiaca con sabbia bianca e a grana fine, montagne verdi e acque limpide (portati asciugamano e costume da bagno).

Wonderful place, much heat and the trail made us sweat well rsrs. But the beautiful tour, I really liked Guia Renata, very friendly and explained very well the journey we did.

The walk was very good, it included some hiking in Prainha, and then I had the option to choose between this beach and Grumari, which I preferred because it was less crowded. Santiago, my guide, was attentive during the hiking, also giving me information about the history of Brazil and recent events. I highly recommend Jungle me, for their professionalism and attention to detail.

If in Rio you must take a day to see the beautiful beaches outside of the city and the magic of the Tijuca Forest. Fun day and we even learned a lot about the history of Brazil.

Excellent tour that combines a trail in the Atlantic forest and the afternoon on the most isolated beaches in Rio de Janeiro: Prainha and Grumari. For me, it was a perfect day: the trail in the bush was nice, with a beautiful view at the end. Our guide Thiago shared a lot of information about nature, the history of Rio de Janeiro, it was quite enriching. After that, we walked to the beach of Grumari and spent the rest of the afternoon there, enjoying the beauty of the sea, without a lot of people around. For people who want to enjoy the beauty of Rio with light physical activity and enjoyable beach, I recommend.
