Because you can't get any closer. Booked and received vouchers and confirmations. Two hours before the show, the notification of the cancellation of our voucher arrives from the operator despite the fact that for 2 days I kept writing to receive details about the pick-up time from the hotel. Unserious and professional also because it was part of our New Year's Eve party. Cancelled on 2 feet but 5 working days x have due refund.
Do not book this tour. The driver never showed up and ignored all messages. In addition, the tour doesn’t tell you that the English version of the show starts at 6:30, so even if the driver had picked me up I still would have missed it. Massive fail.
It's lousy would never make, very expensive, the shoddy images, dogs crossing over the projector the lousy sound

We had a great time in our trip yesterday. The communication was excellent since the time we made the reservation . We were contacted by the manager of the agency and he arranged everything for a smooth pick up and the tickets for the show were ready for us. Our guide Mohamed was very friendly and enthusiastic. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a short layover in Cairo so this was a great opportunity to see the pyramids. We are very happy we booked this tour. Thank you for everything.
