Sei pronto per una straordinaria avventura? Unisciti a noi nel nostro tour della costa meridionale, dove sarai immerso in un mondo di bellezza mozzafiato ad ogni angolo. Mentre viaggiamo verso sud, vedremo ghiacciai, terreni agricoli e vulcani mozzafiato da un lato e il bellissimo luccichio delle Isole Westman dall'altro. Visiteremo la famosa cascata Seljalandsfoss. Se il tempo è buono, possiamo camminare dietro l'acqua e sentire la sua potenza. Vedremo anche Gljúfrabúi, a seconda del tempo. Successivamente, andremo a Skógarfoss, un'enorme cascata che scende di 60 metri. Poi, raggiungeremo Vík í Mýrdal, una città popolare, dove ci fermeremo per il pranzo. Dopodiché, visiteremo le spiagge di sabbia nera di Reynisfjara e godremo del paesaggio unico. Seguiremo il sentiero vichingo lungo la costa fino al ghiacciaio Sólheimajökull, dove ci avvicineremo al ghiaccio e godremo il panorama prima di tornare a Reykjavik. Le escursioni sui ghiacciai non sono incluse. Potrai goderti questa giornata di esplorazione in un piccolo gruppo, viaggiando comodamente in minibus.

- Il processo di prelievo inizia alle 8:30 e continua fino alle 9:00 circa mentre raccogliamo passeggeri da luoghi diversi. Ti chiediamo gentilmente di essere nel luogo di ritiro prescelto entro le 08:30. Per noi è importante avere registrato il tuo indirizzo e-mail in modo da poterti inviare un'e-mail 30 minuti prima dell'orario di ritiro previsto. Questa email conterrà una descrizione della nostra auto, inclusa una foto e il numero di targa. Forniremo anche il nome della guida nell'e-mail. La nostra guida-autista si fermerà sempre, scenderà dall'auto e ti cercherà. Non lasceranno il punto di raccolta a meno che non riescano a localizzarti. - Se soggiorni nel centro di Reykjavik e non trovi il nome del tuo hotel nell'elenco, avremo bisogno che tu utilizzi la fermata dell'autobus designata per il tuo alloggio. Queste fermate dell'autobus sono state create dalla città di Reykjavik per limitare il traffico di autobus e veicoli più grandi nelle strade a volte strette delle parti più antiche di Reykjavik.

Long drive, but stops were worth it. Tour guides should be more strict on the time to be back to the bus because there are some really inconsiderate passengers. Simon P. The "Spicy Viking" was awesome - we had a comedy show the whole ride which was entertaining!

Even though we had rain that day the tour was amazing. Saw so many beautiful sights. Our guide Simon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and really took care of his group! I would definitely recommend this tour.

Brilliant tour. 10 hours from pick up to drop off. Our driver and guide Baldvin was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice at each stop. The waterfalls and glacier stops were really good.

Fun, albeit wet day on the south coast of Iceland with Simon P. He had interesting, new information despite our having been on several tours around Iceland over the past week. We had plenty of time to see everything scheduled, but in a different order than the itinerary as he tried to make the schedule fit the weather. We were hesitant to head out in the rain, but we had a great time.

Despite the rain, we enjoyed a full day packed with spectacular vistas of waterfalls , a glacier, and even puffins lounging on the black sand beach cliffs! It was thanks to a well organized tour and our uber competent guide, Simon the Spicy Viking, who was great. I enjoyed his humor and easygoing demeanor. Van was clean and comfortable.

The weather didn’t cooperate, but we dressed appropriately and had a terrific experience with Simon ‘the Spicy Viking’. He adjusted the schedule to give us the best opportunity to see the listed sites with hopefully the best weather conditions. We had ample time to explore and he had interesting stories, facts and histories to tell us. AND we saw puffins at Reynisfjara!

Did this tour with Simon, aka The Spicy Viking. Despite the lousy weather today we had a lot of fun. The sites were great, Simon was very knowledgeable and by far the most entertaining tour guide we have had over the past week or exploits around Iceland. Would definitely recommend this tour and if you get lucky enough to get Simon as you guide / driver you have won the lottery. He'll play for you his "rainy day" playlist and/or the "Iceland" playlist...both fun.
