Beautiful discovery of this cave/cenote near Bayahibe. It was very pleasant to discover this natural curiosity and swim in it. The walk is short but interesting thanks to the explanations from Gaëlle and Julien, who are very friendly. Thank you both 🙏
Julian & Gaelle provided a unique, authentic small group adventure to Chico cenote. They are small business owners who are friendly, helpful & organized. They confirmed the arrangements by text, the day before our outing. The hike to the cenote was leisurely with a couple of small inclines of moderate difficulty. They provided basic history of the island, information about plants in the jungle & how the cenote was formed. The climb down into the cave was a little treacherous & slippery underfoot - caution is required. The cave & snorkeling in the cenote were amazing - a unique experience. Thank you Julian & Gaelle!! This is a great thing to experience if you’re in the area. It’s such a cool cenote. Julian was an excellent guide and Arnold was there to help as well. The hike to the cenote is pretty easy but the guides were patient with my husband who isn’t used to hiking. We didn’t feel rushed, and we had plenty of time to swim in the cave. The flashlights that they brought are super bright and necessary to see all the nooks and crannies of the cave. I’ve heard other companies don’t bring lights like that which would make it much less fun. The cave is very dark without the lights. I highly recommend this place. It’s absolutely gorgeous!!! And such a fun place to swim and explore.

Very helpful and knowledgeable guides. I'm not the most agile dude and they helped me every step of the way. Knowledgeable and patient guides, and the rum at the end was most welcome. I'd say this is best for the highly mobile crowd, as there are some mobility challenges (my face met the ground - totally my fault) but it was a once in a lifetime trip. The guides were patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The diving experience was fantastic, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive of all the members in our family (ages 10+). Well worth the drive for us (I know they pick up at some hotels, but we were out of the area) and highly recommended.
