So I was going out here knowing that I’m not very comfortable snorkeling as I feel like I can’t breathe well ( I’m a nose breather) but told the guide I may just spend a lot of time swimming or on the beach. We got there and he got everyone in and then spent time making me get used to wearing the mask and snorkel and calm my breathing and then had a preserver with a rope that he started basically guiding me through the whole first dive. Got fairly comfortable know h he was there the whole time. I should also say deep water freaks me out a little added to the nerves. After lunch on the second trip it started the same. After a minute or two he said why don’t you try alone with the preserver I’ll be right with you still. A fee more minutes go by and we’re in the edge of the shelf that goes WAY down and he says why don’t you try without the rope and I was feeling pretty comfortable at this point so I was off. Was pretty amazing as I had no idea how much I don’t breathe through my mouth ever and how much it freaked me out not using my nose. But Gede was a total hero and dragged me through the process. And it was spectacular. 🙏 so I highly recommend this trip with Dive Concepts. If you get Gede you are in VERY good hands.

Good day out. Highlight was seeing turtles and clown fish! Not too busy and managed to avoid the rain. Staff were friendly!

Good material 2 magnificent dives in the Menjangan Marine Reserve, Dream wall and Pel garden Very beautiful corals, beautiful gorgonians and lots of wildlife, very colorful environment Picnic on the island very nice. Everything was well organized, with beautiful snorkeling locations like Eel Garden, where we saw turtles and even dolphins. Putu was an excellent guide.

The snorkel spot off Menjangan is very nice. The underwater world is intact and you have the chance to observe not only big fish but also water turtles. The variety of fish is huge. For this we lacked any information at the meeting point in the dive center. We waited a 3/4 hour for the departure by bus. The island of Menjangan, where all tourists are dropped off for lunch, is full of waste. There are many PET bottles and rusted cans in the bushes. Since you have to pay admission to the national park, I expect waste to be disposed of regularly. With little effort, lunch could be made nice. It had the charm of a canteen meal. For lunch we ordered two vegan menus in addition to chicken, where we found hard-boiled eggs to our amazement.

I went snorkeling and my daughters did fun dives in Menjangan and we all agree that it is the most beautiful seabed we have seen! And we've already done well. The trip to Permutean is clearly worth it. Very competent staff, two or three divers for a guide. Excellent organization, lunch boats etc. And very attractive prices compared to Amed for example. I recommend 100%

Well organized snorkeling trip around the coral reefs. Really worth your money. Friendly crew! You will visit 2 locations where you will have more than enough time to see this amazing underwater spectacle.

Snorkeling…almost a must if you are in the area! From our hotel we were taken straight to the boat. We received some explanation and after a boat trip of about 25 minutes we were able to enter the water.

A beautiful snorkeling trip in the morning, first snorkeling on the northwest side of the reef. Then lunch on the island, rice with chicken, vegetables and tofu and water. Then in the afternoon we made another snorkeling trip on the southeast side, also a beautiful place, but on the way back the current was strong. Unfortunately, the guide was already at the boat while the rest of the group was still far behind. And because of the effort I became short of breath, so I had to continue without a snorkel so that I could get more air. Instead of being able to rest for a moment. All in all a beautiful but tiring trip.
