Awesome crew and manta ray snorkel!!!

Incredible once in a lifetime experience. The manta rays came within an inch of our faces multiple times. The crew was friendly and were very helpful to even people that weren’t comfortable swimmers. My only advice, “Amanda”, needs ADHD medicine. We were all just standing around waiting to go in the water and a few people were putting stuff away in there bags like we were told and Amanda was briefing us.. she then says “I’m losing my train of thought, can everyone just sit down” and looked like she was about to breakdown because she couldn’t concentrate on a simple 3 min brief because people were standing.. unprofessional. Other than that, 5 stars.

My first review was taken down because TripAdvisor said it was AI so that is fun.. let's try this again. I just got back from the manta ray snorkeling tour, and it was incredible! The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience so much fun. They gave us all the safety info we needed and threw in some cool facts about the manta rays. Once we hit the water, I felt totally safe with the guides right by our side. We saw 6 manta rays, and the guides taught us how to protect them while snorkeling. This tour was amazing, and I can't wait to bring my husband next time! Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing experience on the manta ray night snorkel with Sea Paradise! The crew was friendly, organized, and made us feel safe the entire time. They gave clear instructions and made sure everyone was comfortable before getting in the water. Seeing the manta rays up close was absolutely incredible—such a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience. They were graceful and came so close, it honestly felt surreal. The only thing to note is the ocean conditions can make you feel a little motion sick, especially at night, so I’d recommend taking something beforehand if you’re sensitive. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip and we would highly recommend it!

We went with Sea Paradise as our tour provider and they were excellent. From what I seen and experienced the best provider for this. Strong safety protocols, engaging staff and excellent boat. Seen many manta rays swimming right underneath us!

We had a great time aboard and saw lots of manta rays! The crew was awesome, very kind and welcoming. Their process of getting everyone geared up went very smooth, and it was a seamless voyage.

We spent an hour in the water shivering and didn’t even get to see any manta rays. We chose this company because we believed it would be a reliable experience, and we paid a significant amount for it, which makes this even more disappointing. What’s most upsetting is that this may end up being a very negative memory for my child during our trip. I also did not see any of the Sea Paradise staff checking in with guests or asking whether anyone hadn’t seen the manta rays, which made the experience feel even more disappointing. I would never recommend that anyone spend this much money on this kind of experience.

The boat and crew were outstanding. The manta rays are amazing. Only reason not a 5 is we weren’t allowed to use our full face masks. It would have been so much better. Will use a different company next time for that reason.
