Pluses : good communication They use What's App, , reasonable price, 90 minutes , the guides and office manager were great to work with , very relaxed and the tour itself was amazing, saw sooooo many fish, sea turtles and rays. My BIL had issues with his snorkel and the guide did assist him and kept him safe while allowing him to enjoy the excursion. Deltas: (Changes) you do have to walk from the office to the boat, not a long walk but despite the fact that we were there early , we were rushed to the boat. We were offered use of the bathroom before we left the office. Once in the water we were informed we would be swimming, quite a distance , to a small lighthouse. Our concerns were brushed aside , with the response that the current was going to help us. I recognize that the company does this every day , we, as tourists, typically do not A little reassurance would have been nice.
