Per chi vuole andare sulla neve questa è un'ottima alternativa. Parques de Farellones ha più di 5 postazioni di gioco più un luogo chiuso per riposare, questo posto espande le possibilità di divertimento per i visitatori, e in particolare per tutte le famiglie in Cile. Sciare a La Parva in Cile nelle Ande è decisamente inimitabile e degno di vantarsi. La località di La Parva è una delle aree sciistiche di Tres Valles (Tre Valli), insieme a El Colorado e Valle Nevado. Rispetto a queste località, la stazione sciistica di La Parva ha pochi visitatori internazionali ed è più simile a un esclusivo club di sci privato per le famiglie benestanti di Santiago.
La catena montuosa più lunga del mondo (a terra), Le Ande corre lungo la costa occidentale del Sud America per circa 7000 km / 4.300 mi, con un'altezza media di 4000 m. Le montagne delle Ande offrono uno splendido scenario a Santiago e sono molto popolari tra i turisti che cercano gite di un giorno attivo fuori città. Trekking, rafting, equitazione e sci sono le attività più popolari.

Amazing walk! Unforgettable tour, we were able to see a lot of snow! Go and return quietly!!!!!
The hotel pickup time is between 4:30 am and 5:30 am, and it was not a small group. There were 12 or 13 of us. They insist that you rent clothes for the cold, but you should evaluate well whether you need them or not.
Pros: Diego, our driver, was kind, attentive and helpful. He did a great job. Cons: 5.25am pickup. Arrival to Valle Nevado: 12.30pm. Departure from Valle Nevado: 2:00pm.

A fabulous trip with breathtaking mountain scenery. Diego , our guide and driver, was superb.He was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and his driving was impecable,especially as he had to negotiate over 60 sharp bends on a narrow mountain road.
My experience on this excursion to the snow in Chile was not what I expected: 1. They sold us the idea of a small group tour, but I do not think that 17 people with pickups at 6 or 7 different hotels is a \"small group\" at all... *FALSE ADVERTISING* 2. When making the reservation, they tell you that the departure is at 7:00 AM. The truth is that they ended up picking us up at 4:45 AM. The same on the return: supposedly you return at 6:00 PM but at 4:00 PM we were already at the hotel. 3. The stop they make to rent snow clothes is totally chaotic and exaggeratedly expensive. Renting the clothes is more expensive than the excursion itself! I recommend renting the clothes in advance. 4. Although the driver was very kind at all times, his role was only to drive. There was no tour guide to explain what we were seeing. 5. The place in Valle Nevado where you spend your free time offers nothing if you are not going to ski. There is a lack of entertainment infrastructure such as sled rentals or simple activities to enjoy the time. Furthermore, when passing near Parque Farellones, you could see huge lines from the road to access the attractions. 6. The most beautiful part of the excursion was the visit to La Parva. Since there was a lot of accumulated snow, the beauty of the landscape made the trip worth it. In summary, it is not a provider different from the rest. Perhaps it is better to do the same trip with a rental car.

Our friend trip to Santiago was simply wonderful! The experience was great from beginning to end, especially the day we went to El colorado, Farellones and, to close with the golden key, the Sunset Infinitum 3K party, but I can't help but give a super special thanks to our guide, Rodrigo Ramires. He was extremely attentive and left the atmosphere light and relaxed throughout the journey, which made all the difference on our tour. The guide was very punctual when picking us up at the hotel. Thank God we rent snow clothes in advance, because the place they take the tourists to rent is simply unhealthy, it is a total disrespect toward the tourists, with old clothes, fedorent, and even torn, not to mention that they are 5x more expensive than those that rent in the city. A disrespect to the tourist! And in this same place there was no light, there were more than 100 people in a cubicle to try out the clothes and to have coffee (because the breakfast stop was also in this same unhealthy place! Negative point for the agency.

An excellent experience from start to finish! On Saturday we took the excursion to Valle Nevado and Farellones, and everything was very well organized. They picked us up in the hotel lobby and then took us to rent snow clothes. The team advised us with a lot of patience and professionalism to choose the right clothes, which made us enjoy the day without worries. The whole tour was very pleasant and the service was excellent. Totally recommended for those who want to see the snow in Chile!
