Era un teatro privato. Il primo teatro fu il Teatro São Geraldo, dove ora si trova il Banco de Portugal. Nel 1911, il progetto iniziò a plasmare la mano dell'architetto João de Moura Coutinho. Il 21 aprile 1915 fu inaugurato il Theatro Circo, in concomitanza con il grande sviluppo economico e sociale di Braga.
2020 - La riabilitazione del Mercato Comunale Bracarense. Il mercato ha ricevuto due menzioni d'onore nel National Urban Rehabilitation Award! Il progetto di riabilitazione è stato realizzato da APTO - Arquitectura e BO Engenharia è stato responsabile della costruzione.
La chiesa fu costruita più tardi (1784) da Carlos Amarante che le diede un design neoclassico di ispirazione italiana, che integra armoniosamente il paesaggio del nord del Portogallo.

Great tour with Christina, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. The tour covered some great highlights which we would have missed, we also got some excellent recommendations for drinks and food. Bom Jesus De Monte was fantastic and the additional information provided really helped us to understand more about the area.

Christiane is an accomplished guide. I can't imagine a better way to learn about Braga's rich history than through her thoughtfully planned series of excursions into the city's most special buildings. We did a lot in the three hours, but it was paced expertly. She offered several great recommendations for local eateries, too, as we walked through the streets of Braga. Yum. :-)

Chris the tour guide was great! She was very informative on every detail of the tour! the religion history was so interesting to hear about! The Bom Jesus a must! All the churches and cathedrals beautiful! The only thing i wish was we had more time in the market and square area to walk around and shop! I would definitely recommend this tour!

Our walking tour with Cristiane was definitely the highlight of our time in Braga! If you are visiting the city you should definitely take a tour with her company, either the walking tour or food tour! We don’t think we would have appreciated the city as much as we did if it wasn’t for this tour. Cristiane did an amazing job of bringing the long history of Braga to life through the stops in the old city while also sharing the culture of current Braga so we got a complete understanding of the city. We really loved the tour and appreciated getting a local historical perspective. The tour was the perfect length of 3 hours to get acquainted to the city and you still have most of the day free to explore more on your own.
