Was a great visit! Miguel Alves was our guide and was just amazing! The visit was immersive. We recommend!
I took a guide for Regaleira and Luis, our guide was great. We covered the entire palace and it was fun/detailed to learn the history about it. If you're visiting Regaleira, I would highly recommend getting a tour guide since you will be just walking around without having any context
Luís was an excellent tour guide who managed to juggle a multilingual group with ease. He had a wealth of knowledge about the estate and was more than happy to share it with us. Great tour!
Luis was an amazing guide. He provided detailed information that made my arrival at the entrance gate easy. Once I I side his friendly disposition and historical information truly made this visit one to remember. If you are going to be around Sintra this is a must do tour! Also, as a solo traveler, Luis made me feel welcome into the group and made sure to introduce us all to one another at the gate and to tell us where everyone is from. This really started the tour off on a good note!
Francisco was great, very informative, well spoken, and very patient. We met him and the group at the entrance and all went smooth. He texted a couple days in advance so we had a contact number. He was able to take some photos of us in the Initiation Well and text them later. This is the way to start your experience at Quinta da Regaleiria.
Miguel was great. Highly recommended. He was fantastic as he did our tour in Spanish and English at short notice.
Luis is a fabulous guide with excellent knowledge of the area
this was a place I wanted to see while in Portugal and it did not disappoint. actually we decides we had to come back to Sintra for a few days to see the palaces and enjoy the town. It was more than what I expected and educational I say spend more time there to see the palaces as well
We love Luis! Such a great guy with SO MUCH knowledge to share! He is authentic, fun, and made us feel right at home. Miguel is also so great and so knowledgeable! We loved our tour with him and getting to explore the palace grounds. Highly recommend!
A truly memorable experience. The organization was impeccable, the route very well thought out and we had enough time to appreciate each place without any sense of rush. Dee made all the difference: she is an extraordinary guide, passionate about what she does, very friendly and an excellent storyteller. His explanations gave life to the places we visited and made the experience much richer and more engaging. I recommend this tour without any hesitation.
