I was sold tickets that had already been sold to someone else. I was denied entry into the attraction. I am not happy. I tried to reach out at the time to get a refund and it took 24 hours for a response that the email was no longer available.
Buy direct from Quinta do Regeleira - there is a huge mark up on these tickets. Also it was not easy to receive the actual tickets, which was a bit stressful.
I got scammed, the ticket didnt work. I am not even sure if I’ll get a refund. I got refused at the entrance without anyway to be helped.

Amazing experience, walking the grounds and enjoying the garden at this venue. The Audio tour was very informative and worked at every spot except one The initiation well and tunnels were phenomenal and we enjoyed strolling the grounds.

The digital guide we were given did an admirable job of dissemination and made the visit a unique event. We learned something new. How and why a castle is built. The construction logic accompanied us throughout the visit. Truly compliments to the author!!!!

A beautiful park - everything worked out perfectly from booking to execution, we had two wonderful hours - a beautifully laid-out park, I can only recommend booking via TripAdvisor at any time.

Overall good experience, but we needed more time to experience being in the well. We were told to keep moving when we just got in to see it. That portion felt rushed
