Il tour inizia a Lisbona nel punto di incontro accanto all'Hard Rock Cafe, nell'edificio accanto ad esso vicino al negozio Chaumet Lisbon. Puoi anche unirti al tour da Sintra. Il tragitto da Lisbona a Sintra può variare da 20 minuti a 1 ora, a seconda del traffico. Lungo la strada, avrai la possibilità di vedere alcuni dei monumenti storici di Lisbona.

Absolutely the best. Francesco was a wealth of information about the history of Portugal and the locations we visited. He was informative and fun. The trip was more than we imagined.
We enjoyed the day with Bruno. He was really knowledgable and nice. There was more walking than I expected, so my senior parents decided to sit out the 2nd part, but they didn't have to pay for those tickets bc they let Bruno know early enough. Great, short trip. Would recommend.
Attractions were historically interesting. Our guide Andre made it fun. Beautiful views of the area. High activity level. Must be able to walk on fairly steep incline.

Sintra itself was absolutely amazing. The palaces, castles, and scenery were highlights of our trip to Portugal, and I would strongly recommend visiting. Unfortunately, our experience with the tour was disappointing. One challenge with booking through a platform like Viator is that it acts as a middleman, and you often don’t know which guide you will actually get. I had read many reviews praising specific guides and felt confident booking this tour for my family. However, we were assigned a different guide whose communication style was characterized more by belittling comments, sarcasm, and stern direction than by hospitality and engagement. Rather than focus on the details of our particular experience, I think the larger lesson is that if I were planning this trip again, I would try to book directly with a guide or tour where I could know in advance who would be leading the experience. We did exactly that with several tours in Lisbon, and those experiences were excellent. For what it’s worth, the local operator was Stas Tours. While the destinations themselves were wonderful, the quality of a guided tour depends heavily on the guide, and ours did not meet our expectations. Sintra is absolutely worth visiting, and I don’t regret going. I only wish the experience had been led in a way that made the day as enjoyable as the destination deserved

While we understand that every guest may have different expectations and personalities can sometimes be perceived differently, comments describing sarcasm, belittling behavior, or lack of professionalism are not consistent with the standards we expect from our team. We would genuinely appreciate more specific information about the guide and the circumstances you experienced so that we can review the matter properly. Constructive feedback helps us improve, but without knowing who led the tour, we are unfortunately unable to verify or address the concerns raised.
We had an amazing time with this tour! I appreciated that we were in a small van (8-person max), so we got an intimate and informative tour with our outstanding guide Bruno. The timing and pace was perfect for all ages. Definitely book an early start time (we did 8AM), as Sintra only gets busier as the day goes on. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

We had an awesome tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and Professional! His name was Hugo and helped those in our group that had some trouble with the hills! He encouraged all to keep going and the experience was well worth it!
A simple and efficiently fast tour for those short on time. We did see all that was crucial to see and do in Sintra and more. I would recommend this small, intimate tour if you hate big presentations, large tour groups and wasting time sightseeing.
Great 1/2 day overview, entrance and tour of key palaces. Our host Andre was so educated and informational about Sintra and Portugal. He made everyone feel involved and made sure everyone was having a great experience. Highly recommend this tour and our guide Andre.
