I had to request the tickets from the booking operator multiple times. About 24 hours before my visit, I was provided with a ticket that stated my requested date of visit, but was not actually valid for my date of visit. I requested a refund through Viator several times but the operator eluded response. Eventually had to submit to my credit card for refund.
We booked a specific date and time slot but when we arrived were told the ticket provided was only off peak and not valid on that day. Luckily we were able to pay a 24 dollar top up per person but clearly still inconvenient and left out of pocket. Experience itself was good but let down by supplier.
I love Harry Potter! However, 2 out of 10 rooms have technical issues. One of the hosts asked us to come back the next day, and we are only in Singapore for 3 nights. It's good to experience, but I would not recommend it. Go to Universal Studios next door instead and make the most of your money. The lazy at the gift shop was nice though, I bought the butterbeer mug.
This is an absolute must go for all Harry Potter fans. It truly emulates the books and the movies. Worth the 111 SGD I spent. The souvenirs shop at the end of the entire experience is also very extensive.
When we reached they informed us that the tickets have been redeemed already? I had to buy other two. I have proof as well of the ticket being rejected, the establishment helped me but I would need refund on this as I paid twice
Fun for one time but not a repeatable activity, but fun to try once the place but merchandise didnt have all of harry potter stuff
Went on the last day I had in Singapore and couldn’t be happier! We planned to stay for about one hour (as this was everyone’s suggestion) but ended up staying around two hours! The light effects are absolutely stunning and the feeling of waving the wand and having the world around you react is just amazing …! Staff are super friendly, people are considerate and due to the exceptional crowd control it never gets too busy or too uncomfortable in the rooms. Super happy that I got to go, would recommend to every Harry Potter fan!
As a lifelong Harry Potter fan visiting Singapore, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to step into the wizarding world at Harry Potter: Visions of Magic – and I’m so glad I didn’t! This immersive, interactive exhibition was nothing short of magical. From the moment you enter, you're surrounded by atmospheric music, floating candles, and cleverly designed environments that feel straight out of the films and books. But this isn’t just your typical walk-through – the whole experience is driven by augmented reality, motion sensors, and clever lighting that react to your movements. My teenage daughter and I felt like we were actually casting spells! Highlights included: The Room of Requirement – it literally “revealed” things as we explored. Interactive wand zones where you can activate magical creatures and hidden secrets. A corridor of floating Prophecies – haunting and beautiful! Photo ops galore, with dramatic lighting and spell effects. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the experience was well-organized with timed entries to prevent overcrowding. There’s a great gift shop at the end – pricey, as expected, but full of tempting souvenirs from wands to house scarves. Top tips: ✅ Wear comfy shoes – you’ll be standing and walking for about 60–90 minutes. ✅ Bring a phone with a good camera – you’ll want to capture the magic. ✅ Book in advance – slots fill up quickly, especially on weekends. Whether you’re a diehard fan or just a curious Muggle, Visions of Magic is a stunning mix of nostalgia, innovation, and enchantment. One of the absolute highlights of our Singapore trip!
You’ll get to see behind-the-scenes info about how the films were made, with cool tidbits about the special effects and props. The attention to detail in the exhibits is really impressive, and the atmosphere is immersive. If you love the books or movies, you’re sure to find yourself geeking out over the memorabilia, especially the wands and costumes from your favorite characters.
We throughly had an enjoyable time here. Found the different rooms really engaging. I thought this was really well done.
