A very educational experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We saw Little India, the historic Chinatown and some temples. We went to Merlion Park and took a lot of pictures. You can't travel to Singapore without seeing Merlion. Finally we went to Mount Faber park where got pictures showing the skyline of the city.

Teo, our tour guide was excellent, but the tour itinerary was mediocre at best. The tour started with a drive through a business neighbourhood of skyscrapers and hotels (MBS). We circled a fountain 3 times then drove off to see another neighbourhood of skyscrapers (financial district). Stops at a Chinese temple, the Merlion fountain and Fabor Mtn were good. The 25 minute stop at the souvenir shop was not. Cheap statues, magnets and key chains, along with t-shirts. Stops in Chinatown and Little India were not included. All in all, a lot of driving.
Dear Edith K, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your city tour with us. We are delighted to hear that your guide, Teo, provided an excellent experience, and that you enjoyed the stops at the Chinese temple, Merlion Park, and Mount Faber! We will be sure to pass along your kind words to Teo—he will be very pleased to hear them. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the itinerary, routing, and the souvenir stop. As a half-day orientation tour, the route is designed to offer an efficient overview of Singapore's contrasting architecture—from the modern financial district to historic sites. However, we take guest feedback regarding the balance of time, shopping stops, and specific stops very seriously. Your notes have been shared with our product and operations team as we continuously review and refine our itineraries to ensure maximum value for our guests. Thank you again for your valuable input, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Best regards, Paul
Picked from hotel promptly with good comms (WhatsApp and phone call). Guide was good and knowledgeable and we were given ample time to see the sites. It’s a good first day type tour to get to know Singapore.

This tour is real value for money. Great wa6to orientate your8with the city. Our guide Chris hsd a wealth of information and a great personality as well
The guide mostly talked about the people who live in Singapore, ie chinese, Indian, Malaysian and more, but didn't tell us about places we were passing, apart from a few. Bit of a let down at Mt faber as he took us to s place to talk about government housing, rather to the lookout point, which we assumed we would have gone to, so overall only an average tour.
You get to experience a small taste of what the city offers.. Transport was air-conditioned bus . Guide was informative and knowledgable
Dear Guest, Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the city experience and found the guide informative and knowledgeable. It’s also great to know the air-conditioned transport added to your comfort. We hope to see you on another tour soon for a deeper dive into the city’s highlights! Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)
The tour guide was great but we didn’t finish the tour. We went up the mountain. But did not get off to look around because of the light rain. Which we just left the stop with light rain
Hi Beverly, Thank you for your review and for highlighting your guide’s great service! 😊 We're sorry to hear that the weather affected your experience and that you weren't able to fully explore the mountain stop. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you're excited to see everything. We hope to welcome you back on a sunnier day for the full experience! Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)
A bit disorganised at first due to gathering guests from different hotels to a location to begin the tour.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you pointing this out, and we’re sorry to hear the beginning of the tour felt a bit disorganized. Coordinating pickups from multiple hotels can sometimes lead to delays, but we understand how this can affect the overall flow of the experience. We’re glad you stayed with us for the tour, and we’ll definitely look at ways to streamline the pickup process to make it smoother for all guests. Thanks, Nick (IAsia Thailand Online)
Although our guide, Chris, was informative, we did very little of the itinerary paid for. No walk through Little India No walk through Chinatown, only a visit to a small temple No botanical gardens. What we covered was a drive round the roundabout of the fountain of wealth, 20 min stop at Marina Bay for pictures of Merlion and views over the bay to Marina Bay Sands, 20 minutes at the Temple, drive up for a panoramic view of the city and details from Chris on social housing in Singapore. Finally, sorry, definitely not for us, 25 minutes stop at a souvenir/junk shop, we simply waited outside until the bus came back.
Dear Sarah, Firstly, we would like to thank you for leaving a feedback. Secondly, we would like to extend our apologies as it did not meet your expectations. Rest assured that we'll have this feedback taken positively in order for us to improve our services. Thank you!
