This was absolutely incredible. I was a little worried about the cold but the dry suit worked great and the staff was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all our questions. Our guide Jana was amazing! She has a passion for the outdoors and really helped make the experience. I highly recommend this tour- I can’t put into words how incredible the views are!

Hi First off, no fault of your own. I have booked many times through your company and everything was fantastic. However, today we were promised a puffin tour to puffin island and it was cancelled do to weather. We did still do the whale watch part, some I’m requesting a half refund. Please let me know if that is something you would consider. Thank you.

This was such a cool experience made absolutely fabulous by our guide Emilio. Went with my 12 and 15 y/o who have minimal snorkeling experience and they did great. We wore long johns as a base layer and the outfitter provides a thick warm jumpsuit layer that fits under the dry suit. Your lips are really the only thing that get cold but it goes away. Emilio made sure that everyone felt comfortable and at ease, paid attention to little details. It seems like all of the guides are exceptional. We made the mistake of not bringing cash to tip and there were no electronic ways to do so, like venmo, etc. Bring cash! If all guides are as fantastic as Emilio you will want to tip!!

Unable to do as I did not have ability to get medical clearance as we booked too close to date . Non negotiating at 60 years old with no health issues this is a ridiculous policy for snorkeling , ageism.

Fantastic time - Alex T was a kind, patient and attentive guide, he made the entire experience calming and more enjoyable. Truly a unique experience for those whom hold a passion for nature and adventure. The scenery was absolutely stunning especially the underwater troll hair.

This a bucket list activity that you absolutely have to do!! They fully outfit you in all the gear to keep you warm and comfortable. It is a stunning view from the moment you put your face in the water.

Our guide Anaiza was friendly and fun, and took great photos during the tour. Afterwards, there's hot cocoa and cookies.

I recently did the snorkeling tour at Silfra in Iceland, and it was hands-down one of the most incredible experiences of my life. The water is unbelievably clear (visibility easily 100+ meters), and swimming between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates feels like something out of a fantasy movie. The vibrant blues and greens, the underwater rock formations, and the sheer scale of the fissure left me speechless. What made the trip truly exceptional was our guide, Emma. From the moment we met, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave us a thorough briefing on the equipment and safety procedures that put everyone at ease (especially first-timers like me). In the water, Emma was attentive, pointing out interesting geological features and even spotting a few small fish we might have missed. Her calm, encouraging style made the whole group feel safe and excited throughout the tour. The drysuit kept me perfectly warm despite the 2–4°C (35–39°F) water temperature, and the entire experience was extremely well-organized. Everything from the pickup in Reykjavik to the hot chocolate and snacks afterward was top-notch. If you’re even thinking about snorkeling in Iceland, do not hesitate — book the Silfra tour with Emma.
