Itinerario

Adrian was a knowledgeable guide, giving us detailed historical information on the sites we visited. He was comfortable to be with. He is a good driver in a comfortable vehicle.
We had such a lovely day with Adrian. He was so knowledgeable- I now know more about medieval Transylvania and Vlad the Impaler than I will ever remember, and we also got a sense of the modern politics of Romania. He was very alert to any pace difficulties and adjusted accordingly and even spotted when food was needed. These places are stupendous and we couldn’t have seen them with a more fabulous guide/companion.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m truly glad you enjoyed the day and that the history, stories, and modern context all came together in a meaningful way. It was a pleasure exploring these incredible places, like Sighisoara, Viscri and Rupea with you, and I’m happy the pace and timing felt comfortable throughout. Guests like you make guiding such a joy. I hope to welcome you back to Romania for more discoveries in the future!
Adrian is very knowledgeable, clearly has a passion for his country's history and is so engaging. He was flexible with my planning and requests. He has plenty of suggestions for places to visit, extra activities and wonderful food! Amazing tour and tour guide. I visited Sighisoara on my own, so Adrian willingly picked me up there and crafted a wonderful day visiting Prejmer, Biertan and Viscri. Adrian taught me so much; who knew lard and storage units could be so interesting! One of my most memorable trips and the best tour guide I've ever had.
The private tour Sighișoara – Viscri UNESCO – Rupea Fort from Brașov was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The impeccable organization and attention to detail made the entire day both relaxing and full of discoveries. The guide proved to be not only very well-informed but also passionate, managing to bring each place to life through fascinating stories. I learned historical details, cultural insights, and even local anecdotes that added so much charm to the experience. The medieval citadel of Sighișoara, the authentic atmosphere of Viscri, and the stunning views from Rupea Fortress left a lasting impression on me. The transportation was comfortable, and the pace of the tour was perfectly balanced, allowing me to fully enjoy every stop. A 5-star private tour that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wishes to discover the beauty of Transylvania in an authentic and personalized way.
Adrian picked us up on time with no problems. Adrian was informstive, knowledgeable and engsging, an exceññent guide. His knowledge of the history of Transylvania was incredible. The first fort was interesting but the highñights were the two UNESCO cities. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. I highly, highly recommend taking this tour with Adrian of you are at all interested in learning about the country you are visiting!
It was a really lovely experience. I was amazed by the amount of information that Adrian posesed about history of Transylvania and the passion that he speaks with. He is an incredible and patient guide, he showed us so many interesting things that it would have impossible for us to know. The trip with him was so delightful and we hope we’ll come back again and do other trips with him.
This tour to Sighisoara, Viscri, and Rupea was one of the best experiences we had in Romania – and that’s all thanks to Adrian, our amazing guide. His deep knowledge, storytelling, and genuine passion for Transylvanian history made every stop come alive. He was friendly, professional, and tailored the day to our interests, making it feel personal and relaxed. If you're in Brasov, don’t miss this tour – and ask for Adrian if you can. He truly made it unforgettable! I've booked already the next one 😄
We had magnificent trip with ADRIAN to the landscape of trandylvania. He took us to very special places of the map. the trip was the top of the vacation in ronenia. We ended the trip at his restaurant at RASNOV . , La promenada. look it up
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m absolutely thrilled to hear your Transylvanian adventure was the highlight of your trip to Romania. It was a pleasure guiding you to those hidden gems and sharing our region’s magic with you. I’m especially glad you enjoyed the finale at La Promenada in Râșnov—nothing makes me happier than seeing guests savor both our landscapes and our local flavors!
This tour was so great! I love that it was private- as in just my husband and myself with our guide, Adrian! It was a long day but so worth it. Adrian is so knowledgeable, and it’s impressive how much information he shared with us off the top of his head. We had great weather the day we went, so the views we had from up top at each of our stops were spectacular. Our guide was very personable, and when he wasn’t sharing historical information, we engaged in great conversations throughout the day, which made it even better- as if we were spending the day with a new friend who was showing us around a country we had never visited before. We also had a great lunch all together in the afternoon, so that was a nice break. My husband and I are so fascinated with Romania, and even more so now and can’t wait to go back and see/learn more!
Thank you for this incredibly kind review—it truly made my day! I’m so happy to hear that your private tour with your husband became such a memorable part of your Romanian adventure. It was an absolute pleasure to show you both Transylvania’s hidden gems and share its stories. I’m especially glad the weather cooperated for those breathtaking views (Mother Nature certainly showed off for you!), and that our conversations and lunch together made the experience feel like a day with friends. That’s exactly the vibe I aim for! Your curiosity and enthusiasm for Romania’s history and culture were inspiring—I’d love to welcome you back to explore even more. Until then, safe travels and keep that passion for discovery alive! Warm regards, Adrian
Adrian’s depth of knowledge and love of his country’s history made this a truly memorable experience. My wife and I have been on many group tours which just can’t compare to the personalization Adrian was able to accommodate us with since this was a very specialized “private” tour. We visited 3 historical sites, one of which is a UNESCO site, and when taken together they really explained the history of Transylvania and its importance on the world stage and enormous global events that continue to shape our common history.
Thank you for your incredibly thoughtful review—it means the world to me! I’m thrilled that you and your wife found the tour not just informative, but truly immersive in Transylvania’s rich history. Crafting personalized experiences like this is exactly why I love guiding private tours; it allows me to share the deeper stories and connections that often get lost in larger groups. How wonderful that you could see the "bigger picture" of how these three sites—especially UNESCO-listed Viscri—fit into Transylvania’s global historical tapestry. Moments like that are why I do what I do! If your travels ever bring you back to Romania, I’d be delighted to uncover even more layers of our heritage with you both (perhaps the fortified churches of Biertan or the wild beauty of the Carpathians?). Until then, safe journeys and keep exploring!
