Questo workshop offre un'esperienza completamente pratica e immersiva incentrata sul cioccolato cambogiano. I partecipanti non si limitano a guardare o assaggiare: creano la propria tavoletta di cioccolato personalizzata dall'inizio alla fine, guidati da cioccolatieri professionisti. Il cioccolato è prodotto con cacao cambogiano coltivato localmente e personalizzato con ingredienti locali autentici come pepe di Kampot, sale marino di Kep e anacardi Mondulkiri. Ogni ospite parte con una tavoletta di cioccolato unica nel suo genere, insieme a una comprensione più profonda della produzione artigianale del cioccolato e dell'artigianato cambogiano: un'esperienza creativa, autentica e memorabile.

Very nice discovery for chocolate lovers. The tour is short but exciting, you see the work behind the manufacturing and you really feel the craftsmanship. The team is welcoming and takes the time to explain with simplicity. And of course the tasting at the end... hard to resist. A perfect stop for curious and foodies who want to discover chocolate differently. 😋
The activity is fun, well organized and accessible to all. The team clearly explains the process, and you can choose your ingredients to create your own chocolate bar. It’s both informative and greedy! The atmosphere is warm and you can feel the passion behind their bean-to-bar production. It is a perfect activity for families, couples or all chocolate lovers. I highly recommend if you are visiting Siem Reap and looking for an original and tasty experience.
Lots of fun tempering chocolate and designing your own choc bar and filling and cardboard wrapper - delicious too. Only an hour and cheap as well.
