All drivers and companions are top and help. It all merges smoothly into each other. Well organized - received help as a person with walking disabilities
It left me completely different from accommodation. This is because I still showed a video of the way to go. And he recognized the spot in the video. When I made the transfer, I didn't know the right place. But as soon as you sent the video I showed. Bad performance, zero understanding and poorly polite.

Caribe did a great job. Due to a strike in Panama we had to change vehicles multiple times but the drivers walked us to the next driver and made sure everybody got on. We made great time which surprised me. The vehicles were comfortable and the exit process from Panama and entry to Costa Rica was a breeze. I would definitely use them again.
This is the second time we used the shuttle for the Panama / Costa Rica transfer and everything ran smoothly. Everything was on-time and they always had someone waiting for us at the step step of our journey. The drivers were very helpful getting us to our apt. Highly recommend
Great service. On the Costa Rica side, Kevin was incredible. He made sure we had what we needed and got to our destination. He is funny and patient and informative. He worked very hard to make sure the trip was successful and has excellent customer service. Hang on to this guy. The communication with the reservation people was also excellent. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were super polite why doing so. Caribe Suttle has an excellent staff. This staff is what make this company so great.
We were taken well on time from Bocas by boat to Almirante where we were but on spacey, comfy buses to the border. After crossing our driver Randall was waiting for us. I actually changed my accomodation after booking the bus but it was easily rectified. After it was an easy drop off at my accomodation that took a lot less time than estimated. Thanks for the quick service!
