Booked a day trip to Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle from Trieste based on the high rating which SKV has deservedly received. Great communication with Grega in advance of the trip and thoroughly enjoyed his company on the day, getting some of the history of the country and the sights, as well as his general friendly chat. Was great to have a private trip and not be stuck with a firm timeline of a shared or organised tour. Can’t recommend highly enough.

This is a very very special experience. Fascinating. Well narrated. Train is terrific and the walking is mildly difficult if you have serious health issues. Otherwise, you should be fine. A national treasure you should see.

Caves were amazing and many thanks to Grege and his company that didnt cancel just because there was only 2 of us! He also included the castle visit for a small fee which we appreciated. He was a really nice guy.

The Postumia Cave is unlike anything we have ever seen before — truly a one-of-a-kind experience that photos just can’t do justice. It felt surreal walking through such an incredible natural wonder, and having a private English guide made it even more engaging and easy to fully appreciate. Everything about the day was seamless, memorable, and so thoughtfully done. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly, highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Trieste — it was easily one of the highlights of our trip! 🌍✨

Grega drove is from Trieste to Slovenia to see the Postojna caves and Predjama castle. He is a safe driver, with a comfortable and clean van. Grega is very friendly and shared good information about the area with us. We highly recommend Grega for day trips! Betty & Wayne

Group of 4 persons went to this trip and we had a private ride. Good communication from the moment of the booking until the day of the trip. Driver was on time, the vehicle was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the tour inside the cave, amazing scenery. I recommend this trip if you want something reliable and good experience :)

We booked this couple of hours shore excursion trip from Trieste and it was really good ! We enjoyed the ride to Postojna caves, Grega was on time & great comunication, very polite and explaining us some short history about the region and Slovenia. He has lots of knowledge and it was a really smooth drive. Caves are absolutely wonderfull and stunnig ! We also decided for surcharge going to Predjama castle. Price is OK and we totally recommend this company and Grega !
