F Piccoli gruppi, da Lisbona al Pena Palace Park, poi Sintra belle strade medievali, vista sulla costa atlantica, e poi infine Cascais sorprendente. Partenza dal Porto Crociere di Lisbona, un piccolo gruppo (max 8) in un comodo minivan. - Pena terrazze e parco guidato (esterno del palazzo, giardini, giardini e cappella, solo non vedere camere interne)* - Sintra città vecchia - Vista sull'Oceano Atlantico Cascais Visita palazzi unici, goditi i monumenti UNESCO e visita la bellissima Cascais più tardi. Itinerario
Pickup al terminal crociere. Ci incontreremo proprio di fronte al terminal, un punto di incontro molto facile, evitando la folla in cerca di taxi e furgoni. Basta uscire dalla nave, attraversare il viale, e ci incontriamo al piccolo chiosco rosso, vicino al semaforo (vi invieremo tutti i dettagli via email). Avremo quindi circa 45 minuti di auto da Pena Palace.
Visita guidata all'esterno del Palazzo Pena, esplorando giardino e parco. Il Palazzo Pena è una delle migliori rappresentazioni del Romanticismo del XIX secolo in Europa. Essendo il secondo punto più alto della Serra de Sintra (oltre 500 metri sul livello del mare), vi stupirà con la sua architettura unica e panorami spettacolari. Re Ferdinando II - il re-artista - si innamorò di Sintra, e in seguito all'acquisto della proprietà, decise di costruire un castello e un parco unici, con 500 specie di piante provenienti da tutti gli angoli del mondo. Il palazzo incorpora influenze architettoniche manueline e moresche, che insieme vi regaleranno un'atmosfera da "mille e una notte". Un'esperienza indimenticabile. Nel centro di Sintra, si può godere delle meraviglie di questa bella cittadina medievale, passeggiando per le stradine, sentire l'atmosfera locale e pranzare - non perdetevi un bel caffè e pasticceria locale "Travesseiro".
Regaleira è una villa del XIX secolo, conosciuta come Palácio da Regaleira. Situato nel centro di Sintra, è stato acquistato da un uomo d'affari Portoghese che era affascinato da ordini segreti come la Massoneria e i Templari. Regaleira si trasformò in un palazzo circondato da giardini, laghi, grotte e costruzioni enigmatiche, luoghi simbolici, tipici delle società segrete e dei rituali. Un monumento unico influenzato dall'architettura romantica, neogotica e manuelina. Quando a Sintra si può avere una breve passeggiata (15 min) per vedere Quinta da Regaleira da fuori, e scattare una foto (visita interna non inclusa)
Cascais vi stupirà, con il suo mix di un piccolo villaggio di pescatori, insieme alla raffinatezza di un luogo dove re e regine trascorrevano parte della loro estate. È ora di caffè o gelato, se volete. Breve sosta prima di tornare alla vostra nave.
Estoril è un villaggio dove si sono incontrate persone diverse, di diversa estrazione sociale, durante gli anni '30 e '40 del secolo scorso. Re esiliati, spie della seconda guerra mondiale, incontrati al casinò più grande d'Europa, è successo di tutto. Anche James Bond potrebbe essere stato "pianificato" qui. Un rapido passaggio e vi racconteremo tutto, sulla via del ritorno a Lisbona.

We had a wonderful day with Mauro! He was an excellent guide & driver who took great pride in showing us the sights in Sintra & Cascais. He provided lots of good information but wasn't too overwhelming. Pena Palace was very interesting, and it was nice to wander around Sintra for a bit. We loved Cascais, which is a pretty seaside town with nice, upscale shops and cafes. Overall, it was a great day!
Our guide, Mauro, was exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He picked up our party exactly as promised (time/locale, etc.). Mauro is so familiar with the region that he was able to identify lesser-traveled routes so that high traffic volume around the area was never problematic. He suggested a wonderful Portuguese restaurant for lunch and arranged a behind-the-scenes pastry shop visit. The fact that he is a true history buff added to the experience. We would highly recommend Viator and Mauro!!
Fantastic excursion to Sintra, Pena Palace, and Cascais. The locations were beautiful, but the real standout was our guide. His communication skills, knowledge, and friendly manner made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He kept the group engaged, informed, and relaxed throughout the day. Informative, intelligent, and eager to give us the best tour he could. He was there to pick us up from our cruise ship. He found us, we didn’t have the usual concern of finding our guide. He was friendly courteous and helpful. He answered our questions, gave excellent recommendations for food and showed us more than we expected to see. Highly recommend to our tour guide David, always shows up on time and be very nice all day. Kindly answer all the questions and introduce the city with knowledge. We take a 30-40 minutes ride to Sintra first and then visit this beautiful town, and then heading to a village with great view, David took us to visit Cabo de Roca and then back to Casias for lunch. We get back on the cruise port on time and the whole journey was amazing.

It was a great day trip with Filipe from Moovearound. We were just 6 people, my friend and I with a family of four so it was laid back and comfortable in a new van. Filipe explained everything we saw and was ready to answer any questions, and made sure we were comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this day trip for an overall feel of Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais.

Our guide Daniel was amazing! He was very prompt in his communication and in meeting us at the designated spot right outside the cruise terminal. Daniel was very knowledgeable and interesting in the way he shared the history and insights about Lisbon and Portugal. He was flexible with the itinerary, but made sure to hit all the highlights we expected. Daniel was also generous with free time to allow us to explore at our own pace. We never worried about getting back to the ship on time, he was very considerate of our all aboard departure time. Highly recommend Daniel!
Wow wow. Pena palace is just breathtaking and the views of the ocean… amazing. This tour was great to have a good understanding of Portugal and being Portuguese. Highly recommended.
The locations were amazing, pena palace was beautiful and it was great to see the other locations as well, really enjoyed Cabo da Roca. It was a small group of 6 so it was great to be able to talk with them. Our guide David was fantastic, very knowledgeable and made the trip very fun for everyone. Really enjoyed listening to his information and his stories and he gave us good insight. 10/10 recommend!
