Itinerario
Situato sulle rive del lago Llanquihue, il lago più grande del Cile. Con la sua caratteristica architettura di influenza tedesca, Puerto Varas è conosciuta per le sue strade pittoresche, caffè accoglienti e panorami mozzafiato. Nelle giornate più limpide, vedrai non solo il vulcano Osorno, ma anche Calbuco e il punto più alto in lontananza, rendendo il paesaggio davvero da cartolina. Questa sosta è perfetta per un po' di svago e di esplorazione. Avrai tempo libero per passeggiare per la città, visitare le botteghe artigiane locali e ammirare la bellezza del lungolago. Per rendere la vostra visita ancora più speciale, vi offriamo una pausa snack gratuita con un assaggio del Cile: empanadas di manzo appena fatte abbinate a un bicchiere di vino cileno rosso o bianco. Poiché la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti sono passeggeri di navi da crociera, abbiamo imparato che di solito non è necessario un pranzo seduto, quindi offriamo qualcosa di leggero e delizioso, perfetto per godersi la vista senza perdere un momento della tua avventura.
La nostra prima tappa è la splendida Cascata Petrohué, situata all'interno del Parco Nazionale Vicente Pérez Rosales. Qui, il fiume Petrohué color smeraldo si snoda attraverso antiche rocce vulcaniche, creando una serie di cascate. Anche se le cascate non sono di dimensioni imponenti, la loro bellezza sta nel contrasto tra le acque vibranti e le formazioni rocciose basaltiche scure modellate dalle eruzioni del passato. Nelle giornate limpide, ti verrà regalata una vista mozzafiato sul vulcano Osorno, che si erge maestoso sullo sfondo. Si trova a soli 15 minuti di auto da questo punto e la sua cima innevata offre uno sfondo da cartolina perfetto per la scena. Questa sosta non riguarda solo la cascata: si tratta di ammirare la bellezza naturale e selvaggia del Cile meridionale e immaginare le potenti forze che hanno modellato questo paesaggio.
La nostra ultima tappa prima di tornare al porto è la pittoresca cittadina di Frutillar. Qui, avrete un po’ di tempo libero per godervi la vista sul lago, il maestoso “Teatro del Lago” e passeggiare sul lungomare, o semplicemente immergervi nell’atmosfera di questa città da favola. Per concludere la giornata con una nota dolce, vi offriamo una fetta gratuita di tradizionale Kuchen tedesco (torta), servita con la vostra scelta di tè o caffè. È la delizia perfetta da gustare riflettendo sulle avventure della giornata. E state tranquilli: torniamo sempre al porto con tutto il tempo a disposizione. Sappiamo quanto sia importante per i passeggeri delle navi da crociera sentirsi al sicuro e nei tempi previsti e in tutti i nostri anni di attività non abbiamo mai perso una nave.

The tour was very well organized. The destinations were well chosen and you had time to explore them on your own. Our tour guide Yavi was very competent and friendly, she spoke very clearly and told a lot about this area. There was a "snack break" with delicious empanadas, 3 different types of cakes, red and white wine, liqueur and water. Everything tasted delicious. The driver drove very carefully. We can highly recommend this tour with Pink Tours.
We had a wonderful tour with Maria as our guide. She took us to all the popular places along the lake as well as the waterfall, and had so much information to share with us! There was never a dull moment! Her English was incredible and very easy to understand. We enjoyed the stop by the lake with the delicious empanadas and wine! What a nice surprise for an all around great day! I highly recommend her tour!

Very fun trip, beautiful scenery and short walk to the falls. Ezy our tour guide was personable and shared a wealth of information of the region. She even quizzed us on the way back of what we learned, handing out Chilean chocolates for participating. Everyone got a treat! The highlight had to be our stop off the side of the road in a small photo op location. A table was setup with wine and water, homemade large Chilean empanadas, kuchen and chocolate cookies for all of us. Many others on our tour were as surprised as we were with the personal touch and thoughtfulness. The scenery was beautiful, company great and really made for a wonderful outing. The tour itself was great. The mountain is pictureque with the falls rushing down. There's a short walk to get there but easy, even for someone with a cane. We also stopped in Frutillar and Puerto Vagas...both are walkable towns with shops and beautiful sceneries. In note, we booked this tour outside the cruise ship. We docked late and our tender was late. I texted Pink Tours and they waited for us....very accommodating and saved us the stress and panic. Thank you Victoria!!
Lots to see on this tour: volcanos, beautiful rushing waterfalls in a park, lake, lovely cities to walk around and shop in. We were given empanadas and wine for a snack and later some kuchen from Fruitillar. Our guide, Erick, 27, was excellent. Very good English, very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot. Highly recommended.
Excellent tour. Benjamin, the tour guide, was knowledgeable, well-spoken and attentive. His love of the area was evident. The national park and the towns we visited were beautiful.
We visited Puerto Montt on a stop from our cruise and booked a local tour instead of the ship excursion — and it was hands down the best decision we made. Our guide took us to Puerto Varas, Frutillar, and Petrohué Falls, and every detail of the day was thoughtful and perfectly organized. She has over 15 years of experience as a tour guide, and it truly shows. Her English is impeccable, her knowledge of the area is excellent, and she knows exactly how to manage cruise schedules so there’s zero stress. What really set this tour apart was the personal touch. She brought homemade German cake (she actually owns a bakery in town!), alfajores de dulce de leche, empanadas, and even red and white wine. It felt warm, local, and authentic — not rushed or generic like many cruise excursions. The itinerary was better than the cruise ship’s, with more stops and flexibility, and the price was less than half of what the cruise line was charging. Smaller groups, more time at each place, and a much more personal experience. She recently opened her own tour business this year, which explains why there aren’t hundreds of reviews yet — but don’t let that stop you. This is a true hidden gem, and I would recommend her 100% to any cruise passenger visiting Puerto Montt who wants a high-quality, stress-free, and memorable day. I would book again without hesitation.
