A partire da vicino a Kannitta Jetty, Vembanad Lake, fiume Kainakary, canale Umpikkaram, ponte di pietra (Kallupalam), canale della signora Bhajan, di fronte al tempio della signora Bhajan, St. Mary’s Lake, Pathil chira Canal, Ayiraveli Canal, Chavara Canal, Palukaran Canal, Manalodi Canal, Muttel Canal, Pauvam Canal, Menappally Lake, Kainakary house boat Terminal, minimo un’ora e tempo massimo fino a 7 o 8 ore. Viaggiatore può decidere il proprio budget. Il percorso e le aree coperte con le loro durate temporali. Esempio Se il viaggiatore decide solo un'ora, li abbiamo portati dal molo di Kannitta al terminal di Kainakary e torniamo indietro allo stesso modo al molo di Kannitta. On our last Alleppey trip, we rode on both a houseboat and a Shikara boat, and the Shikara was the highlight of our trip. Unlike the massive houseboats, the Shikara easily navigated the narrow, winding canals, giving us an up-close look at the beautiful village life and lush scenery. It’s incredibly peaceful, budget-friendly, and highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic backwater experience

Wonderful and relaxing 2 hour Shikara boat cruise through the Alleppey Backwaters. We were able to experience real village life with families fishing and farming rice paddies. Highly recommended to take shikara instead of Houseboat to experience the narrow canals and backwaters of Alleppey.
