Situato sul Lago Conesus, visitaci e assaggia i nostri quattro vini più venduti abbinati a formaggio e cioccolato. La degustazione comprende quattro vini premiati con la medaglia d'oro: Conesus White, Runway Red, Pebble Beach Blush e Max Black. Conesus White e Runway Red saranno abbinati ciascuno al formaggio mentre Pebble Beach Blush e Max Black saranno abbinati ciascuno al cioccolato. La degustazione avverrà da seduti e comprenderà anche la descrizione dei vini.

Our Hostess - Kim - gave a warm welcome and quick intro. My wife and I were given a flight of 4 wines to enjoy. There were 2 whites and 2 reds. Each was 3 ounces! There was also good cheese and a small chocolates. Each pairing was explained. We had a great visit and bought a couple bottles!

The visit to Deer Run Winery was wonderful. We were met by our host Kim who introduced us to the Winery and gave a beautiful explanation of the facility in introducing the wines we tasted. We also met the owner.

Deer run is a quaint winery in the beautiful finger Lakes. Unlike many of the larger wineries which have invested into modern, large, beautifully decorated showrooms and tasting rooms, Deer run is smaller with tiny but very friendly staff. Felt more like sitting in their kitchen as 2 flights with small bowls of cheese curds, piece of Lindt chocolate and a mini peanut butter cup were left with us near a sheet of paper describing the pairings and 4 wine's characteristics. The place, on a colorful fall Friday, was pretty empty so it didn't feel 'eventful' as it was just the 2 of us left alone to sip and eat. But, it was enjoyable and we did come home with a couple of bottles of red.
Thought was a little expensive especially the chocolate pairings. Host very friendly. Enjoyed the wines.

Went to Deer Run winery with my wife. Haley was a big help recommending wines to taste. Wine was paired with cheese and chocolate. We had a nice time. Ending with the purchase of two bottles to go. Very nice experience.

I did the wine, cheese and chocolate flight. It was a lovely experience. Hailey welcomed me right in and is delightful company. She really made the experience interesting and fun. I dined in as well, so after tastings I moved to the diner area. I had their burger n chips. So delish! On my out I bought myself a bottle of Black Max ((sweet story behind the name)).
