The driver was polite and a safe driver. I asked him to let me know when we were close to my destination so I could let my other driver know that I was nearby. The driver didn't forget.

We were told that we could meet at the shuttle company headquarters to get the shuttle, but they didn’t have our reservation. They were very helpful and got in touch with the right company and we were able to find it ok, but if we hadn’t arrived early and been able to quickly walk a few blocks to the right place we would have missed it. They told us that Viator uses several locally companies hence the mixup. The actual shuttle itself was comfortable and brought us to our hotel in Guatemala City, but Viator made it confusing and stressful.

Don’t book the van/boat combo. They will not communicate any information on how to connect. Just take the book the van and take the readily available public boats l,they are cheaper and leave regularly.

I was travelling from Panajachel to the Guatemala airport. The driver was punctual and it was a pleasant drive. I got on time at the airport.
