Highly recommend the driver was punctual, helpful and well priced. They carried my luggage into the car .
From the moment I arrived at the Calama Airport, a representative of the company was waiting with my name tag in the specified location. Communication with the company was very clear and all the instructions provided were reliable. The transfer was done with a small van and the drop-off was optimized such that it took relatively short to get to my hotel. I had the same good experience on my way back from the hotel to the Calama Airport.
The pick up was smooth and on time at the Airport. The drop off was very good as well. Recommend it.
They cancelled my transfer 3 hours before they were supposed to pick me up leaving me with no choice but to book a hotel near by Viator offered a 3 to 7 days refund of my money avoid the whole thing together.

The transfer service to and from Calama airport was safe and reliable. The cost to book through this site is about 3x what it costs to book locally but booking in advance is useful if you like to be organised. There was some issue finding my particular address and delay in getting a response from the service but it all worked out and the transfers in both directions were successful.
There is a lot of time availability, I closed through the website go and go, are compromised and search in the agreed time. Super worth it
