Our boat tour to Positano and Amalfi from Naples offers a seamless and comfortable way to reach the Amalfi Coast. Meet the driver at 08:45 at Starhotels Terminus, Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi 91, Naples, for your minivan/minibus transfer to the port of Piano di Sorrento. The journey from Naples to the port takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Departure for Amalfi, sailing along the Sorrento coastline. Along the way, you will admire the ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, the remains of a Roman villa at the Baths of Queen Giovanna, a natural waterfall flowing from the rock, the Bay of Ieranto, and many other beautiful sights along the coast. The boat journey from Piano di Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Stop in Amalfi (1 to 2 hours) to explore the ancient Maritime Republic. We will arrive in Amalfi, one of the true gems of the Amalfi Coast. Known for its powerful maritime history and its stunning Cathedral overlooking the main square, Amalfi offers the perfect blend of culture and seaside charm. Here, you’ll have time to wander through the historic center, enjoy delicious local cuisine, or take a relaxing stroll along the waterfront.
Stop in Positano (1 to 2 hours) to explore the “pearl” of the Amalfi Coast. One of the highlights of the tour is the visit to Positano, among the most picturesque towns on the entire coastline. Here, you’ll enjoy free time to wander through its narrow, winding streets, browse fashionable boutiques, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of one of the world’s most beloved seaside villages. Positano is renowned for its pastel-colored houses cascading down the hillside toward crystal-clear waters, creating an unforgettable and truly enchanting panorama.
Return from Amalfi to the port of Piano di Sorrento, followed by your transfer back to Naples at the original meeting point. Total transfer duration: approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

My husband and I booked the boat tour versus the car ride and WE'RE SO GLAD WE DID! You cannot beat the views from the water. The scenery is incomparable! Antonio was our guide and it was also his birthday along with 2 others on board, so we had a GREAT TIME! We did the tour of amalfi coast and positano and it was well planned out even with the swimming stops. Never felt rushed or like we did anything too long. I honestly would recommend it over the other tour options. And if you can, request Antonio! We're big believers in if your guides attitude impacting your experience and expectations and he and the captain exceeded them all! 100/10!! Wouldn't change anything, not even my sunburn!
