We travelled from Shanghai to Suzhou with my family and the drivers - Mrs Cheng/ Mr Tao were very punctual and attentive to our safety. The coordinator for the trip is also very responsible, giving us very clear instructions on how to get to the train rides which turned out to be so smooth and easy. Thank you so much!
Alana was our coordinator in conversing and arrangement for the train tickets and driver (Mr Shi) , our driver (Mr Shi) was fantastic he made sure our ride was comfortable and cooling from opening the door ,to helping us with our baggage and making sure we stay cool with the tremendous heat wave, on top of it both Alana and Mr Shi made sure to explain not on via WhatsApp but also in person where to go and meet when we arrive back Mr Shi even went the extra mile to give us recommendations on where to visit in Suzhou from eating , seeing the views and what to do! Will love to engage their service once again!
This is a great way to go to Suzhou. The drivers to take us to the Train Station and to pick us up always arrived early for us - having our name on a card to make it clear who they were. The woman gave us clear instructions with photos for direction to get on the train and when we returned, which way to exit the station and meet our driver. The minivan was very comfortable and convenient! Having a driver is so convenient, especially when you do not speak English. I last visited 6 years ago. Fortunately, my son speaks Mandarin; however, getting to the train station and standing in line took much more time - plus, people would cut in line in front of you (the locals would yell at them!). So having someone reserve your ticket and provide transportation is the only way to consider visiting Suzhou!
