I booked with Booking.com who work in partnership with Viator. I was contacted by the wonderful Miss Li from Sunflower from the very start to confirm the booking. I was then provided with every detail from how and when my ticket would be issued, the different availble routes to access the theatre, a detailed description of how to access my seat, suggestions of dining options close to the theatre.. I mean the level of customer service and support was outstanding. Miss Li also took time to check I reached safely, that i was pleased with my seat, and if I enjoyed the show. Thank you Miss Li for your time and devotion. I booked many trips and tours through Booking.com and Viator but I will remember you as being the best customer service advisor I have ever encountered. Also i must mentioned the show itself.. absolutely phonominal.. the level of skill and showmanship is just amazing. This is a must see show of talent at its best. You actually want to record the show for memory but the proformance is so giood you have to watch it without looking through lens or a phone. Just sit back and watch this spectacual proformances
Wow - what an excellent way to spend the afternoon. The show was extremely vibrant and fast paced - everyone enjoyed it thoroughly from age 7 to 61. Li booked our afternoon and was so courteous, prompt, and professional. She was a joy to work with! I would highly recommend her and her company for any of your travel needs!!!!
It's been very thoughtful of Ms. Li to provide information such as logistics, eating place, and even the restroom location and what if being late to the show. S.Li constantly contact us to check if anything goes wrong And that impress us a lot. 5-star to Li.
