Excellent coordination. When exiting cruise driver was there and waiting, got us into Shanghai Railway Station in about 1 hour 15minutes on a weekday at 8:00am. Could not fault the service
Mr. Chang arrived in the hotel lobby early, and assisted us in loading our bags in the car. He’s quite young but friendly and professional. His driving skills were also good. Overall highly recommended.
Superb service. Walked me through every step of the process and made the whole process exceptionally easy. Car picked me up 10 minutes early leaving me plenty of time to make my train. Will use again. 10/10
Alana has been very helpful throughout the process. She messaged me and advised tickets could only be purchased a few weeks prior to the travel date. Once booked she messaged and advised she'd send me more messages close to the time. The message about the process at the station was detailed. She organised my driver and sent me details about his car the night before and gave me a suggested time to travel to the station based on traffic that morning. The driver arrived 5 mins prior to pick up time. He pointed the direction I needed to go once we got to the station. We didn't communicate much due to the language barrier. While I was at the station Alana checked in with me, while I was on the train and after I arrived. It would have been nice to meet Alana in person as she is lovely. I would use the service again and highly recommend the service.
Superb efficient service, picked up from the hotel, tickets having been purchased in advance, hassle free, we travelled 1st class which was recommended, speed of up to 350km/hr, only way to travel from Shanghai to Beijing, please give yourself enough time as station can be very busy.
Highly recommend. Our driver was on time for hotel pickup. Train tickets supplied. We were also provided with the necessary steps upon arrival to ensure we got to the correct gate. Thank you once again!
