Descrizione
Questa attività è consigliata a persone di tutte le età a partire dai 14 anni, che potranno provare l'emozione di scivolare sulle onde di Playa de Las Americas, vivendo un'esperienza indimenticabile. L'attività dura 2 ore e include tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria, come tavola da surf, muta, calzari e lycra. Inizierà con una sessione teorica di 20 minuti in cui spiegheremo le basi del surf e le tecniche per aiutarti a goderti le tue prime onde. La spiaggia dove faremo surf è formata da roccia vulcanica, e le onde sono perfette sia per i principianti che per i surfisti esperti. In mare, saranno sempre guidati da un istruttore esperto e dovranno seguirne le istruzioni. Al termine della lezione, verranno eseguiti esercizi di stretching per prevenire eventuali infortuni e i partecipanti discuteranno della loro esperienza. È tornata a scuola per cambiarsi e fare una doccia presso le nostre strutture prima di visionare le foto scattate dal nostro fotografo. Offriamo lezioni private, corsi di gruppo e spettacolari sessioni all'alba e al tramonto, pensate per garantirvi le onde migliori e un coaching di altissimo livello. Gli orari possono variare per motivi di sicurezza, maree e condizioni ottimali, ma verranno sempre adattati per garantirvi la sessione perfetta. Le lezioni all'alba, al tramonto e quelle di gruppo richiedono un minimo di 3-5 surfisti. Per prenotare insegnanti di polacco, russo, francese o italiano, è necessario farlo con 48 ore di anticipo. Il nostro istruttore di polacco, Thor, è disponibile solo la domenica e il lunedì. Le prenotazioni effettuate dopo le 18:00 richiedono una conferma da parte del nostro team. Riceverai un messaggio quando la tua prenotazione sarà elaborata. Se non la ricevi, contattaci all'indirizzo oceanlifetenerife@gmail.com o tramite WhatsApp. Tutte le prenotazioni richiedono conferma preventiva per garantire la disponibilità e le migliori condizioni del mare.
- Politica di cancellazione: rimborso del 100% in caso di cancellazione con almeno 24 ore di preavviso; oltre tale termine, nessun rimborso.
- Orario di arrivo Si prega di arrivare almeno 15 minuti prima dell'orario di lezione previsto per registrarsi e prepararsi. Se arrivate con più di 20 minuti di ritardo, perderete la vostra prenotazione senza alcun rimborso. Cosa portare Si consiglia di portare con sé un costume da bagno e un asciugamano. Salute e fitness Il surf può essere fisicamente impegnativo. Assicuratevi di essere in buona salute e di sentirvi a vostro agio in acqua. La sicurezza prima di tutto La vostra sicurezza è la nostra priorità. Ascoltate attentamente tutte le istruzioni di sicurezza e seguite sempre le indicazioni dell'istruttore. Parcheggio Il parcheggio è limitato vicino alla scuola di surf. Si consiglia di arrivare con un po' di tempo in più per trovare parcheggio, soprattutto nei periodi di alta stagione. Great surf school! It was my first time on a board and I felt very well instructed. The fact that the group consisted of only five students was also very positive, as the instructor had a good overview and was able to help everyone. Definitely recommended. I would book again anytime. :)

Crazy experience, super recommended to anyone who wants to try surfing for the first time. The instructors are super, they make you feel immediately at ease and guide you step by step to be able to ride the wave. Fun guaranteed!!

Great place for surfing lessons, jurek is a great instructor , very friendly and patient .I would recommend this surf school for beginners and the more experienced.

I had the best time with Ocean Life Tenerife from start to finish! I booked online, and when the conditions weren’t great on the original date, they got in touch and rearranged for a better time—super professional. The others in the group didn’t turn up, but Jerzy still took me out solo. Man, he worked me hard! Such a positive, kind guy who really made sure I had the best experience. All the equipment is included, the changing facilities are clean, and you can securely leave your gear in the shop. Showers are available after too. Would definitely recommend!
