Professional, on time, clean, easy to contact. Enjoyed the trip home with the owner of the company. No issues at all.
Never showed up at airport to pick up early am at airport! However, noticed much later their service was canceled overnight while on plane to airport! Impossible to see this cancellation so late while flying! Left us! Called viator/trip advisor, did not know why no driver, snd no answer when called driver!
We do apologize for the miscommunication. There was a family emergency that caused the late cancellation. We would like to offer you a consolation airport transfer on your schedule for the inconvenience experienced due to our failure to have a back up driver available. I booked Christine, from Joy Journeys, based on a referral from a friend. Boy, am I glad I got that referral. Christine was warm, friendly, professional… a delight to ride with. She arrived on time with a smile on her face. When we arrived back at the airport after an extended vacation, she was there to pick us up just like she had communicated to me… one less thing to worry about.
