After a little confusion finding the van, the service was good, the driver was knowledgeable and very helpful. It made it easy for us to sit back and relax on our ride from the airport to the hotel.
Anchorage airport shuttle was easy ti book. Driver picked us up on time to make it to our flight. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about Alaska.

It was a quick ride, but nice to know someone was there waiting for us. We arrived early and the driver was able to pick us up 30 minutes ahead of schedule, so we didn't have to wait. Great driver!
Very nice drive. He called and informed us of his airport pickup location, helped with luggage. He helped unload luggage and rolled it directly to hotel check in desk.

Girdwood is a unique transportation market with extremely limited taxi and rideshare availability, especially for trips between Anchorage and Girdwood. Uber and Lyft drivers frequently decline these trips due to the distance, and traditional taxi service can be difficult to secure and often costs several times more than our shuttle service. Our shared-ride shuttle was created specifically because reliable transportation options in and out of Girdwood are limited. While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service and remain committed to providing an affordable transportation solution where alternatives are often unavailable.
The transfer from the Anchorage Airport in Alaska to my hotel started off with confirming my trip by phone and provided great recommendations when I asked questions. The reminder emails and text messages leading up to my trip from New Jersey were great. Josh our driver texted me introducing himself on the day of arrival. Josh was early, attentive, curious and great to chat with along the ride. He made sure to help with the door to the hotel lobby was help open for me with a smile and farewell wishes. Thank you to a great team and making my arrive to Alaska was a great experience.
