This photoshoot allowed my daughter and I to take high quality photos while visiting historic London landmarks. Our photographer, Jess, is very warm and friendly. She guided our poses and chose great camera angles. Get this photoshoot tour to capture memories of your time in London.
The experience was fun. Be prepared for a lot of walking but it was worth it. The photographer was great in giving suggested ideas for photos and capturing the moment.
i had a good time during the shoots but i’m disappointed waiting for the reply to get my photos. it’s already been more than 24 hours.

Had a time slot set for 5 pm. The photographer tried to move it up an hour, but I was not able to do 4 pm. I asked if 5 pm was still ok…no response. When 5 pm came to meet, he/she was nowhere to be found. In the process of getting a refund.

I reached out multiple times to check if you could meet at 4 PM instead, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a reply from you. Because I didn’t hear back, I went ahead and contacted Viator to arrange a refund on your behalf, my sincere apologies for the miscommunication. (For same day bookings, we always recommend calling us directly the phone number becomes visible to you after confirmation. That way, we can coordinate quickly and avoid any confusion.) Alex Jones was TRIVELLE, FLINK and a joy to do this with! Well worth the money! There were still 20 minutes left when we finished the setup, but then we continued in completely new places!
