We couldn’t be happier with our maternity and baby announcement photos! The entire experience was seamless, and the photos turned out even better than we imagined. Raul was great to communicate with and very organized. He even adjusted to our change of plans the week prior to our vacation. Every image perfectly captured the excitement and joy of this special season in our lives. He had several recommendations of photo spots that we chose from. Professional, creative, and incredibly talented—we’ll treasure these memories forever. Highly, highly recommend!

Communication with Raúl was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, especially since our toddler was not in the mood for pictures, and still managed to capture such beautiful moments. Raul was on time and flexible with location. I told him l wanted good family photos. I got three where everyone is looking at the camera. My one daughter and her husband only had three photos yet my other daughter and husband had 30! some photos have a strong backlit area, and the photos are too light. If we would have waited 10 more minutes, the sun went behind the palm trees and the lighting was great! He should have known this, and told us to wait until the sun went down a little. He did not. He also said photos would be ready in 3-5 days. On day 5, at 8:30PM, I texted him. He said the day wasn't over and id have them. He ended up sending a file around 10PM on day 5. The file was only good for 3 days! I'd say Most of the pictures turned out OK. I wish I had a better one of my one daugter and husband, and a couple more family pictures.

I’m truly sorry to hear that some parts of the session did not fully meet your expectations, as client satisfaction is always very important to me. In larger family sessions, I always try to balance the photos between all couples and family members. In this case, because one couple had their baby with them and was also expecting another baby, I naturally captured more moments of them, since these types of sessions tend to be more dynamic and I usually capture many moments to achieve the best expressions and interactions. I also remember that we adjusted the session start time from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM in order to achieve softer sunset lighting. During the session, I tried to continue taking additional photos as the light changed, but I understood that the group already felt comfortable finishing at that moment. Even so, I completely understand your wish for additional family photos and more images of your daughter and her husband together. Regarding the gallery delivery, the photos were delivered within the promised 3–5 day timeframe. The selection and editing process took a bit longer due to the large number of images captured during the session in order to provide the best final selection. Thank you again for your honest feedback. I truly appreciate it and will keep your comments in mind as I continue improving the experience for future families visiting Los Cabos

We wanted to take some photos on the beach during our honeymoon and I found Raul on Trip Advisor. His photos looked great and he had wonderful reviews. As it got closer to our trip, Raul kept clear communication with me about the details and I felt very comfortable and confident about our session. On the day of the shoot, he arrived on time and we met at our hotel beach which was super convenient. He was a professional and guided us through the shoot and took us to the best spots for lighting. The best part was we said our vows at the end of the shoot and we asked he snap some photos. Little did I know he started filming with his camera phone and captured an amazing moment we’ll have for a lifetime. Thank you, Raul, you made this such an enjoyable experience!

Raul was so great! He took pictures of us - seven girlfriends celebrating our 50th birthdays. He was met us at our hotel and was kind, punctual, and good communicator in the days leading up to the shoot. Raul took LOTS of pictures to give us plenty of options. Plus most importantly, the pictures are BEAUTIFUL!
