The driver, Carlos, was great. He turned up on time and got us to our destination safety. The company itself needs to improve their customer service. We messaged several times for an update prior to the trip and their response time was very slow which made us question if we were going to be picked up at all. This isn't acceptable. Overall, we got what we paid for and are happy with the driving service provided. We would use this company again.

We needed a 2:30 am pickup at our hotel to get to the airport. Our driver was prompt and courteous and got us there with no problems. I would use this service again.

Our driver Adelso was extremely friendly and helpful with our bags. The Booking Agent Pedro responded to my inquiries promptly. They were on time to pick us up, and we got to Antigua faster than we thought.
