The driver arrived at the airport 45 minutes late. No apology. In fact, he said nothing to us the entire trip. For the price I paid I thought a nice car would show up. It was a beat up van. The van's transmission kept slipping and I was terrified we were going to break down on the highway. The experience was bad enough that I paid for round trip transportation and we aren't using them to go back to the airport. Absolutely horrible!
I highly recommend this transport. They were prompt at airport pickup and due to an accident, we had to leave earlier than booked and they didn’t charge a change fee. Our driver was courteous, helpful and a very safe driver. Without a doubt, I would use them again.
We are an autism family and our driver did very well with our son! Many thanks! The driver was was very friendly and tried his best to communicate with non Spanish speaking customers.
