Gli autisti attendono un massimo di 1,5 ore dopo l'arrivo del volo.) I nostri rappresentanti e autisti aspetteranno all'aeroporto in base al numero e alla data del volo ricevuti nella prenotazione. Occasionalmente si verificano ritardi dei voli, quindi controllano costantemente eventuali ritardi o cambiamenti di orario per garantire che i nostri stimati clienti siano accolti di conseguenza nei luoghi designati. The only way to arrive in Bangkok! After a long flight, the last thing you want is to navigate the taxi queue chaos. Our local driver was waiting exactly where the instructions said with a clear name sign. The car was a high-end, spotlessly clean sedan with ice-cold AC—a lifesaver in the Bangkok heat. The driver was professional, navigated the traffic perfectly, and got us to our hotel door in record time. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

I waited over an hour for my transfer and when they finally came, he didn’t have my name. It was a disaster.

Its your responsibility to tell us that your flight number changed but you did not and we had to arrange a new car for you on the spot. When we arrived in Bangkok at 1:00am the Viatour representative was waiting for us. The instructions given to us before traveling, we’re very clear. Its a good experience from Bankok airport and the driver is very kind and helpful. He kept us company and make sure that we dont get hot and bored as we had to make a write a report as we missed one luggage. The guide who met us was so helpful translating with Thai Airways staff.
