They were great. Our flight got changed and delayed by the airline. I thought there was a chance they would be closed because of their hours of operation stated for Sunday. Fortunately, that was not the case and we were able to check in without incident. They dropped us near our hotel and it was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
Save yourself the money and avoid this company. From the moment we arrived, it was completely unclear where we were supposed to go or what the process was. A group of drivers sat around talking instead of helping customers, making the entire experience feel disorganized and unprofessional. The drivers stand around like predators and talk locker room talk about the young women and show them priority as if you flew all the way to Venice to sleep with a middle aged taxi driver. We watched other passengers come and go while our family was left sitting in the dark waiting. It seemed like they were simply waiting until they had enough people to cram onto the boat before departing. When I went back to the desk to ask what was happening, I was finally told they were ready for us. Instead of an apology for the lack of communication, the driver berated my husband because I had gone back to ask for an update. The handling of our luggage was equally concerning. The driver stacked suitcases on top of one another near the edge of the boat without securing them. During the rough ride, my suitcase slid off the pile and crashed onto the floor. Fortunately, it didn’t end up in the water, but no one acknowledged it or showed any concern. When we arrived, the captain stepped over my suitcase and asked my husband to lift the luggage and hand it to him rather than helping himself. After providing such poor service from start to finish, he then stood waiting for a tip. We canceled our return transfer with this company and chose the public water transportation instead. The difference was night and day. The public service was organized, professional, and far better managed. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. Save your money and use the public transportation instead.
If you are willing to wait about 20 min for other passengers, it is well worth the savings. We had no issue and it was practical
Perfect transport to our hotel. Beautiful boat, beautiful scenery and the ease of coordination was great! My flight was delayed, our baggage lost and this was the only easy part of our trip.
The process was very easy and stress free. It was lovely to ride a boat in. The only thing I will advise you of is that if you are a middle stop, you will be sitting inside the cabin. It is hot. I do not like small spaces, so it would have bothered me. ALL boats are small, so it’s not this vendor in particular. I enjoyed how they drop you right at the hotel and you don’t have to drag suitcases around! Communication was good.
There is no information regarding where to get tickets. Once boat found you are told to return to airport to get your ticket
Overall a good experience. Could have had better signage, in English, of where to stop and check in if you have boat transportation.
Easy to book in advance. Great communication prior to arrival. When you get to the airport, easily find the desk and then your given clear instructions to find your transfer boat. All staff are professional and polite. The boat driver can’t help you enough with luggage etc. Great service over all 10 out of 10.
Perfect pick up, friendly and easy from the airport. Was able to be dropped right outside our hotel in Venice.
Transfer was efficient but overpriced for a shared one way Transfer. We still had to walk to our hotel. Public transfers are more convenient, cost effective and staff are very helpful with directions. Would not pre-book this transfer again
