**Prelievo dall'aeroporto:** All'arrivo, ritira i bagagli e dirigiti verso la Hall Arrivi. Il tuo autista attende fuori dal terminal nell'area di ritiro del trasporto via terra con in mano un cartello con il logo arancione Cancun Travel Experience. Si prega di presentare la conferma o un documento d'identità con foto al momento del ritiro. Il tuo trasporto sarà pronto esattamente 30 minuti dopo l'orario di atterraggio del tuo volo prima che inizi l'orario di servizio. Arrivi: se per caso riscontri problemi nel localizzare il tuo autista, recati in uno dei seguenti punti di incontro: - Terminal 2 (arrivi nazionali) al Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (Arrivi internazionali) presso Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 presso Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 al Welcome Bar **Ritiro dall'hotel:** L'orario esatto del prelievo sarà concordato con l'operatore locale, il tuo autista ti incontrerà nella hall del tuo hotel. Si prega di presentare la conferma o un documento d'identità con foto al momento del ritiro. Si prega di essere pronti e di attendere qualche minuto prima dell'orario di ritiro confermato.

- La durata del tuo servizio inizierà una volta che il primo passeggero sale a bordo del veicolo.

We met a friend, who lives locally in Cancun, at the marina peurto for coffee. Our driver (Luis) dropped us off and picked us back up at the exact location at the time we specified. He also stayed on the premises in case we were ready to leave early which is why I picked this service. Great experience!

We rented a private shuttle to avoid stopping at several hotels and it was well worth it. Driver was waiting for us after we arrived at the airport with a big sign with our name so we were able to find him easily in the crowd. The driver who picked us up from the hotel to take us to the airport after our trip was also very prompt (arrived early). Both drivers (to/from) were very courteous and identified themselves and verified our name and bookings. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Picked us up at airport; in a crowded and overwhelming environment Sergio had a sign held up high and professional. He kindly treated us and made us feel at home and took us to our transport. Opened the doors for the ladies and loaded all our luggage. Was kind enough to stop at store to allow us to get situated with adult beverages. Great clean ride; very courteous and professional; would hire again in a heartbeat. Our driver Sergio was top notch, super knowledgeable with great advice.
