Important to know that the treatment is only 20 minutes! 10 minutes in a sauna and 10 minutes of a scrub. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this. I wish I had read the one star buried reviews.

We had a lovely experience. We arrived by cruise. There was a lady that met us directly outside the port exit. She walked us to our transportation (FYI, this was a short walk away, a couple of streets over). The drive was about 10 minutes. The hamam was a beautiful old building. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. He offered us additional massage and oil options, but he was not pushy. My husband and I were able to stay together for the entire experience. I appreciated that they did not make us separate, as I’ve seen where some traditional hamams will separate you by gender. They provided towels for modesty during the bath and massage. When we were done, the driver was waiting for us and promptly took us back. We were dropped off at the same spot we took off from. There were some shops and places to eat, and a nice view. It was nice to be able to walk around and explore a bit before returning to the ship.

To be completely transparent, the fee you pay is for transportation to and from the bath house as well as the sauna, Turkish bath with exfoliation and bubbles. This alone is a very amazing experience for the price. I would go so far as to say it was life changing. We opted for the additional cost for the reflexology and full deep tissue massage. Without a doubt it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From pickup to drop off the experience lasted about two hours. My wife and I have had massages all over the world and we both agree that combining the Turkish bath with the massage put this place on the very top of our list. Would 100 percent recommend.

Don't waste your money. He had a few hamam experiences before this. It was super expensive. Not a good job. The scrub was so bad. I will not recommend.

I was stuck on the cruise ship due to large number of passengers disembarking and was unable to get to the dock in time, my driver left and told me to catch a cab, and the refused a refund.

The Hamam was a beautiful building and the experience inside the hamam was lovely ialthoygh it did feel a little rushed. Unfortunately the pick up location wasn’t clear (others also struggled to find it) and our Rep was disengaged. Our coach driver was great.

We really didn’t know what to expect but this experience was amazing. So relaxing, highly recommend!

Three friends and I (all women) booked this as an excursion on our Kusadasi, Turkey port day on our Mediterranean cruise. We were slightly apprehensive on what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean establishment. There was about a 15 minute hot sauna, followed by a cool water rinse. Next there was an invigorating exfoliating process, followed by a light bubble scrub/massage. Then another rinse. This process was included in the price of the excursion. My friends and I all chose to have a Bali masssge afterward and it was wonderful. This was a great roughly 1 hour and a half hour experience. We throughly enjoyed it. One word of advice to other women, don't spend a lot of time on your hair and makeup beforehand. You will get wet. Also, wear a two-piece bathing suit if you choose to get a massage.

Lacks charm and hospitality, not even a little welcome tea!!! You notice right away that the place is made to generate profit... The positive: the scrub in the hammam was good and the classic massage was very good. I had gone there 3 years ago and the welcome was much nicer.
