Excellent Fast Track service at Hanoi Airport. Professional, friendly, and very efficient. They saved us a lot of time and made the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!
This experience is overpriced. We were also asked to wait before joining fast track line. This was inconsistent with the notion of fast track.

Great communication prior to travelling with really clear instructions on where to meet our host. As promised, we easily found our contact. ~ the sign made it simple & and easy to spot. We subsequently passed through immigration with ease.
Even though we arrived at a quieter time immigration was still very busy, this fast track had us through in 5 minutes instead for 40. It can be a lot worse.
Met us right at the immigration hall. Breezed us past the lines. Depending upon your timing wait may be up to 30 min but the regular wait will be much longer. Highly recommend after a long flight to Hanoi
We were through in 5 minutes. It was amazing!
Must-do for busy travel season in Vietnam. We were met with our representative right at the arrival hall. Clearly marked signage with our name. We were then quickly led to a separate line. The whole process of getting off the plane to clearing customs was no more than 10mins. The longest part was waiting for our luggage to arrive. But that had nothing to do with the fast track service. After we got our bad, we were let to our private transfer to our hotel. Whole process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend for any visitors to Vietnam.
We were very impressed with the the assistance today. We were met at the designated position. My name was prominently displayed and I found the rep very easily. The time saved using the service was great. The lines for the general immigration was large and we went through much quicker and without any issues. I would definitely use the service again and am very happy to recommend it.
I highly recommend this service. We are a family of 4 with young children and we were through immigration instantly. It was so easy and so fast. We are very grateful.
