Per personalità brillanti e boccioli di gusto frizzante! MCC sudafricano può confrontarsi con i migliori Champagne, Prosecco e Cava nel mondo. MCC è l'acronimo di Method Cap Classique ed è realizzato come metodo Champenoise, proprio come in Francia. Non possiamo chiamarlo Champagne secondo le leggi francesi. Il focus del tour sarà sullo spumante, il più delicato degli stili di vino. Vieni a gustare il miglior MCC con una giornata piena di bolle e pieno di divertimento!

Hanno 3 MCC Bubbly's da assaggiare e una selezione di vini. Il percorso differirà a seconda del tour, ma questo è un percorso suggerito per un tour Sparkling Sensation basato su STB.
Simonsig ha prodotto il primo MCC in Sud Africa chiamato Kaapse Vonkel. A volte degustiamo qui, il percorso differisce ogni volta che facciamo il tour. Degustazione per conto proprio degli ospiti.
Abbinamento torrone e MCC. 4 Spumante abbinati a 4 torroni. È inclusa anche una visita alla cantina e come viene prodotto il MCC. Questo è un modo favoloso per concludere o iniziare la giornata con qualcosa di dolce e qualche bollicina!!! Disponibile solo dal lunedì al sabato. Degustazione e abbinamento per conto proprio degli ospiti.
Prenotiamo spesso il pranzo qui in questa bellissima tenuta con l'architettura in stile Cape Dutch. Producono anche il proprio MCC ma non è per la degustazione, solo per l'acquisto. Le tenute per il pranzo sono diverse e talvolta sono altrove. Si prega di essere flessibili quando si prenota questo tour. Pranzo escluso e a carico degli ospiti.

I cannot express enough wonderful things to say about our day wine tasting with Jan. Having someone with such an incredible background and history in wine making made the experience better than I could’ve asked for! His insight, stories and professionalism were wonderful. He as well gave us insight into many local facts of the area and provided wonderful company throughout the day. Villera winery stole the show and was incredible! We as well had lunch at Kleine Zalze before the tasting and the food was extremely good!!!

Enjoyed the experience immensely. Felt taken care of, as my guide took me on a private charter tour. There were unavoidable changes to my travel; however, the company was responsive and accommodated. Definitely recommend.
Guide had a lot of wine industry knowledge but hadn’t visited any of the wineries recently and this wasn’t super knowledgeable about the bubbles we were trying which detracted from the experience.
What an excellent day tour - A big thank you goes to Louis and the team at Camino. We arranged our trip whilst in country. A full day being collected from and dropped back to our Cape Town hotel. The day was really relaxing, spent with Louis a really friendly and knowledge guide, we visited 5 wineries, 4 for tasting and one for lunch, plus an extra stop as the grapes were still being picked to see if we could see the process in action. The wine tasting was great, but the people we met at the chosen wineries were fascinating and very interesting and passionate about what they do. At the end of the day we felt as well as enjoying the wine and having a great day, we had learnt more than expected about the growing process, soil types and the different process for the production and fermenting of sparkling wine.
