La cantina è stata fondata da Jerry ed Elaine Hazlitt nel 1985. Quello che è iniziato come hobby e passatempo divertente si è trasformato in Jerry producendo uno dei vini più venduti nello Stato di New York, Red Cat. Ora, la settima generazione ha iniziato a unirsi all'equipaggio Hazlitt, portando con sé la stessa passione e perseveranza che ha guidato generazioni prima di loro. I vini di Tabora sono al 100% coltivati, raccolti e prodotti da oltre 200 acri di vigne. Il loro attuale portafoglio di vini si concentra su varietà autoctone e ibride e più recentemente si è ampliato sulle piantagioni di vinifera. Il loro enologo si concentra su un intervento minimo pur mantenendo le pratiche di vinificazione incontaminate e tradizionali al fine di evidenziare vini puliti, croccanti e concentrati che soddisferanno sicuramente una varietà di palati. What better way to celebrate a milestone anniversary than with a delightful Finger Lakes wine tour. Our Crush host and driver, Ron, was friendly and knowledgeable. We toured four area wineries and enjoyed a lunch overlooking Seneca Lake and the vineyards. Highly recommended!

Deb was a great, personable driver. Very courteous and informative. We enjoyed the tour. Similar to another recent review, we would recommend having lunch after the 2nd tasting. Would book again!

Deb our driver did a great job. It was a fun experience. OUr suggestions is that the lunch stop take place after visiting two wineries and then complete the tasting at the final two wineries. Lunch was good, but amount paid to the tour operator for lunch was way to high. Paid $76 for lunch that only cost $22.

This was such a fun day in the finger lakes. Our driver, Deb, was friendly, knowledgable and very safe on the road. We got to spend plenty of time at each winery and taste some great regional wine. It was also very easy to book and to meet up w Deb at the appointed time & location!

Crush Beer and Tours gave my sister and I a very nice experience up at Seneca Lake yesterday as we went on the Seneca Lake South Wine Tasting Tour! Our driver, Jim, was very kind , patient, attentive, and very friendly . He had water and snacks available for us as he drove us to four different wineries and was very knowledgable about this area as he filled us in with interesting facts pertaining to the area's history. This was a fun experience and we definitely recommend this tour and Crush for making a nice memory for us. Cindy Stevens .

This was ridiculously overpriced. We have four tastings, which should’ve been total of around $80 and a sandwich for lunch. The driver was great, but the price was totally ridiculous.! I feel like I got ripped off.
