Progettata per piccoli gruppi fino a otto persone, questa esperienza intima inizia con una coinvolgente introduzione al patrimonio del caffè del Vietnam e ai chicchi Robusta, l'esportazione chiave che rende il Vietnam il secondo produttore mondiale di caffè. Guidato passo dopo passo da un simpatico barista locale, padroneggerai l'arte di preparare con il tradizionale filtro phin, creerai l'iconico caffè all'uovo di Hanoi ed esplorerai fino a sei stili locali distinti, tra cui due preferiti alla moda: il caffè salato e il caffè al cocco. Ogni ospite preparerà e assaggerà la propria tazza, riceverà ricette facili da seguire e un piccolo regalo da asporto, e partirà con la sicurezza di ricreare questi sapori autentici a casa. Claire was amazing. She was so friendly and gave us so much information in general. She really made the experience. The coffees were also great and it was extra special to try some coffee art and draw pictures on the coffees. I would definitely recommend this experience.
