Very disappointed in the rude way we were treated. After learning we’d have to sign a waiver to participate we decided not to risk an injury to already sensitive backs. When we called to let them know they refused to give a refund and were extremely rude about it. The waiver required us to assume ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any action or outcome, even including their ow negligence. My advice - Stay Away!
Due to a time conflict I wasn't able to make the original day that I scheduled. The tour operator was kind enough to reach out to me and offer to fit me in on a different day. I thought that was amazing because I wasn't expecting it at all.
Per the description on TripAdvisor this was supposed to be 70 minutes long cruise .however it ended in 55 minutes.

It was a nice calm relaxing ride. Something I would do after a long day! Nice houses to see along the ride! Also affordable

Driver took dog with him and as cute as it was, it was distracting when trying to discipline the dog. My kids were mortified since they love dogs so much. Blue is a good puppy but the owner might not be so much

The odor you noticed may be from sargassum, a seaweed that washes into South Florida's waterways this time of year and is unfortunately outside of our control, but we're sorry it affected your time on the water. We also apologize for any distraction Blue caused. Guest safety is always our top priority, and we're taking a close look at how our crew manages him on board so every family can enjoy a safe, worry-free cruise. You dont need to be there 20 or 30 mins before. Unless you just need time to find the place. There is no one waiting to check you in or sign waivers, if you missed the email, that you didn't know you were going to get, until the boat arrives at the dock with the crew. There are no obvious signs or instructions as to what actually happens. This tour is short. Left dock at 6:20 and arrived back in less than 50 mins. The boat itself was great as was the crew.

Plenty chill ride, was very calm ride while playing music. Chilled out on the ocean for a little watching the sunset then came back where the captain told us about random things around Ft. Lauderdale. Overall pretty solid and worth the money.
