There where pleanty of times availble throughout the week we spent in Protaras. So I waited to book until we had a day the was fitting. Booked in the morning and got a mail, after the better part of the day had gone by, that they dident have any trips until 4 days later. They still locked the money for a trip that they don't offer.

I went on this trip with my daughter (13) for our first time diving experience. Great communication before hand with Barbara to arrange pick up from our hotel. We were a bit nervous but the instructor gave us a calming explanation of what would happen and all the signals we would need. The dive was a great experience with the instructor guiding us through the area and helping where needed. He’s even got a load of photos and videos send to us the same day for free. Thanks for the experience.

I booked this as a birthday present for my husband and he says he had an incredible time! He felt safe with the instructor and even managed to show me pictures that he had taken underwater.

Not sure where to start, my husband waited to be picked up, I phoned them up, told it was 9am. He had been waiting since 8am. The driver didn’t speak. I asked if he wanted to see the confirmation he just shook his head. My husband got in the van. Apparently he never spoke to him all the way to the office and when there pointed to a QR code no reason why. He didn’t have his phone so the man disappeared came back with paperwork by this time my husband was feeling uneasy in the situation considering they would be diving he didn’t feel comfortable doing it with this man. It said it was with English guide, the man barely spoke throughout the half hour my husband was there and this point he decided he couldn’t do it with this man and left (he did give him a lift back to the hotel but no words were spoken). We were very disappointed as my husband had been looking forward to it and I could see there had been good reviews. I have no idea who the man was as he didn’t introduce himself
Dear Lorena, thank you for the review. Your husband’s diving session was set for 9am and I don’t know why he was waiting to be picked up since 8am. Our employees do speak English and the person who came to drive your husband also spoke English. Your husband marked one of the answers at our medical questionnaire as „yes” and that was the reason he didn’t go diving. According to the standards we can take for diving only people who declare they are healthy or if they have a certificate from their doctor that they can dive if they have any kind of disease. The safety is our priority. We like chatting to our customers including the time we spend with them in the car during the transfers but we don’t do it if someone prefers to relax and is not interested in it. I am sure that your husband would be happy if he had done the dive and we would be happy to have him as a customer in the future. Kind regards, Barbara
This was the first time diving for my wife. She was petrified, to say the least. Przemysław, our instructor, took his time, was super calm, and made my wife feel so at ease that we actually dove a little deeper than planned, and she LOVED it.. i can not recommend him enough
