Very good organization of the trip. In my opinion, too many people in charge. One for each site or transfer. I would prefer a single contact throughout the tour. Even a single group of people doing it together. Europamundo style.

We booked this vacation with Logitravel, and they relied on this agency; the organization was punctual and consistent, but unfortunately there were two issues: the guide who accompanied us to Puno gave us incorrect information for the trip on Lake Titicaca, it lasted only two hours instead of until 4 PM, and honestly, one hour would have been enough; it would have been nice to organize something else for the rest of the day. Another sore point was Cusco and the management of tickets for the organized trip and for Machu Picchu.
