Ok, my issue and concern is that this tour never mentioned additional fees to enter the marina prior to us arriving. The amount we paid should have mpre than covered the entrance/parking fees. I am very disappointed with the tour. It said we would experience several things that did not actually happen. The description specifically says we will go to Bayada island. We did not go to any island. It says kayaking. There were no kayaks provided. It says an English speaking tour guide. Our guide did not speak English. It says snacks and drinks provided. We were not offered any snacks, water or drinks. $600 is highway robbery for the experience we had.
Dear Guest, we are surprised by these claims. We provided the full 6-hour experience as advertised: Bayada:A 'Submerged Island' lagoon (Maldives of Jeddah) where we spent the entire trip. Amenities:Water, juices, and snacks (Apples/Bananas) were available in the onboard fridge, along with snorkeling gear and water toys. Service: You brought an 8th guest; we welcomed them and covered their Coast Guard fees at our own expense. Parking: Marina parking is a third-party fee and not listed as 'included.' Free parking was available nearby We take pride in our professional service and the satisfaction of our many guests.
